Well during the lifting session today. I didn't feel like it was the most productive of days. But as I write this I did hit 3 PRs which is fantastic. I guess Im too hard on myself which can be a good/bad thing. Three weeks till Max Attemps! Natadrol and Form-XT Should be in today so I should be well into two weeks during my Max Attemps which should be interesting!

Ok so I went in the gym today with the extreme mindset. My goal was to do as much volume as possible with moderate weight. I have to say I think this was the most volume I have ever done. Im extremely happy and completely wrecked. I couldn't have done it without the best PWO on the market Mesomorph.
