Thanks man. I have some tuff choices as to which program and what my nutrition will be during the next 12 weeks. I've been bitten by the powerlifting bug and I don't want to slow the strength gain train down any. Decisions decisions.

You may have more than 365 in ya. Box squats are harder for me than getting the bounce out of the hole.

I was wondering why you elected to do boxes vs comp style squatting, but i figured you had your reasons.

Well the main reason is I plan on doing only box squats for the next 12 weeks. I wanted to make sure my percentages were accurate.

The suit was just to experiment. I was mainly concerned with my raw number which I still added 30 pounds to. Next 3 months I'm doing the wendler 5-3-1 boring but big t nation 3 month challenge.

Dude, awesome overhead press! I just started the boring but big template myself. Not exactly sure what the Tnation challenge part adds to it, but Im liking what Im doing so far! I have a log up myself, check it out if you like. I will definitely be following along in this thread. Excited to see how the program works out for you.
