Why the side laterals with the barbell and not dumbbells?
 
The side laterals are with a Tbar setup. Just changing it up. Trying new things

not only am I jealous of the awesome gym setup you are standing in but I am also jealous of the fact that I see nobody but you in the photos .... doesn't seem like a very crowded place and it has a ton of quality equipment. Enjoy!

It is good to see he is keeping the weights from getting lonely !!
 
My and my training partner is it. We train at 7 am and not a soul is around until we leave at 830

Totally cool to see someone getting healthier as days go on. I'm so very sick of seeing people on the street that are obviously obese and continue to not correct their situation. Nice job NG!
 
Another 250 calories down this morning. Drenched and ready to hit shoulders and biceps. I know nothing but that fasted life. People say you aren't as strong lifting fasted? I have yet to see that. My metabolism is sky high and I kicked up the T2 about two weeks ago to get out of the slump. Let's see what the scale has to say today!
 
Ok time for some no BS honesty! I'm proud of where I am and what I came from. I stepped on the scale today at 228. I lifted drank about a half gallon of water during my workout. I didn't go to the bathroom which would have given this a slightly different result. This has motivated me to continue on this journey. With 2 extra pounds added for clothes and a belly full of water. I took full advantage of the equipment in the new training facility. I gathered the courage and stepped on the 3,800 dollar body composition machine. I have to say I am happy with the results. I honestly expected much worse. I will continue to do this on a weekly basis. Thank for the continued support.
