I have read a lot of review and everyone except runners seem to love this machine more than a traditional treadmill. But seeing as bodybuilder don't need to "Run" it looks like ill be in good shape in the cardio department!

What are your thoughts?
 
It looks like a well built piece of equipment. I prefer an elliptical and the wife likes a treadmill, bottom line is, what ever you will use is the best choice. Sometimes just spending the money is the best motivation!. Good Luck - Train hard!!

Should be here tomorrow! The wife and I are both excited. This thing is supposed to burn 400 calories in 30 min. We shall see

I wish I had a Helix, but I'd take that over a treadmill. Supposed to be better on the joints, too.
 
Bow flex was amazing today. 2mph 30 min burned 225 cals not bad

dude where do you live that you can still find land like that that is affordable? Awesome view man.

Also, if you aren't.. make sure to back out your car while using your bench. Let's just say I've dropped a barbell through a wall before because i got stuck under it. Wouldn't want that happening to your pretty car.

Is this week 10 or 11. IDK. Well the cut is still going well. The new bowflex treadclimber is fantastic. I spend 30 min on 2.0 30 min 6 days a week and burn avg 225 calories per session. Here is an update photo. Chest is popping out.

Looking better all the time, That new piece of equipment should really help.

I am not sure where you are training but it looks Very Nice, any idea on your total projected weight lose ? You are doing GREAT!!
 
New home gym...Awesome...lol! Awesome job man. You'll hit your target sooner than you realized and be strong as an ox to boot!

For the time being. Its free and who would want a power lifting coach as a training partner. Super nice dude. Who knows where this will lead. Im just along for the ride. The lord has many blessings

Ok folks new gym is going well. I hit a bench PR today of 310. Let's see how leg day goes tomorrow !
 
That's not even our main gym. You guys wait until the powerlifting room finishes renovations!
 
Nice PR 310 is better than I can do! I am stuck at 285 on the flat bench. Very long arms.....I am 6'5" long arms and long legs make certain lifts a little tough for me .... not impossible and not an excuse ;) just still working at it

310 is a huge PR!! You have everything clicking like a well oiled machine. Great things ahead man!!
 
OK guys 315 Squat PR today. Im now at a 945 Total. 55lbs away from the 1000 pounds club. A long term goal of mine. In short time it will become realized!
