I really pushed the envelope today with the one arm barbell rows. I felt activation in my lats that I have never felt before. Was a little afraid I was going to snap something up. Super Pump.

Also been using this and it seems to help a lot out getting a great pump!

Yes. It's the calculated 1RM for that particular day, not overall. It varies depending on volume.

Did some Ultra Wide Grip OHP yesterday, nice burning pump. Love getting new ideas just by following logs.

I saw those cheap ones at Walmart today .... I have been thinking of getting a belt now that I am getting a little older and going heavier and heavier on the deadlifts and front squats .... never used one before

It's night and day with and without. I dunno about percentages, but I can deadlift way much more easier with a belt. On squats, with a heavy AMRAP my low back gets so sore without the belt I have to sit down. I have a lever belt on its way. Supposedly they get up to 3" tighter. I can't wait.
