Just upload to youtube. If you don't want everyone seeing it set the privacy settings to "Only those with a link." Then come in here click the video icon in the format bar of the posting window and paste the address from the address bar on youtube into the field that pops up. That should make it to where the video shows in here, not just a link.

If you copy the link to the video from where it says "Share" it is a different type of youtube link that the forum doesn't treat as a video and just makes it a link. So make sure you take the link from the address bar if you can. If not we can always click the link and go directly to youtube. Only people who have the link can see the video with your privacy setting done correctly.
