NTNM - Diet , my un-scientific approach to leanness

I bet that pump workout felt great!

**** I totally forgot you were using slin!!! I almsot guarantee that's part of the reason you have not see much weight loss on the scale. It's causing intra cellular water retention. That's not a bad thing. However, I think if you were to drop the slin and increase salt and potassium for a few weeks you would drop a lot of water fast!!!

You know, I don't wanna lose water, LOL. I feel pumped and big. :) The slin use is on/off and only pre workout to shuttle carbs into the muscles. Honestly, 10IU is very conservative, no idea if it makes me hold lots of water.

What are your thoughts on rebound from this type of diet? How is your quality of life? Do you feel like eating like this will eventually slow your metabolism down? Great progress. All honest questions!

I could imagine to do it for ever. Seriously. Have some heartburn at night, when I forgot to take Betaine HCL, one big meal before bed isn't optimal for digestion, I recon. The metabolism, well, can't imagine it could slow down more than it already is. After 22 hours fasting -and only 2 hours of eating, my guess is, it will do the opposite and go up.

I bet that pump workout felt great!

You know what, it went a little out of hand, like it often does, LOL. First it was pumping, then I upped weights and kept pumping. Almost no pauses, running from one exercise to another. Here the slin really shines! Woke up today looking still pumped and vascular (as much vascular as a fat man can look).
I'm considering doing it again today, switching exercises.

Observation:

Psychologically this diet is very easy to maintain. The meal after training is the reward, know what I mean?
I look forward to my meal the whole day, rewarding me accordingly to the perceived workout quality.
Awesome workout = some extra carbs, like a frozen yogurt -or even a cracker with honey as a treat.
On off days, no reward, besides some pieces of meat -or two cans of tuna. Now I almost have no off-days anymore, getting creative with my workouts to not overtrain.

Day 41

Just back from pumping up the jam.
Jam is pumped.

Now having my meal:
Chicken and Rice

Have to go to the farm and repair stuff, will be offline for 2 days.

Sorry you have to go do the repairs, hope there was not much actual loss.

Read through what I could find (besides the link you posted hgp) and it certainly looks like it could be the next "Wonder Drug". Helps with heart disease, diabetes, cancer treatment, even appetite suppression. Which means that the FDA will never approve it.

Honestly I believe we are a few years from fully "curing" most of these diseases. However, I do not it will believe it will be with a drug.(I'M NOT SAYING IT WON'T WORK). Rather I believe that we will cure these with changing the microbiota on are skin and in are gut along with small alteration to are dna

Observation:

Since I switched from test/e to test/u I have a noticeable "on" feeling, even on 250mg/week. Somehow it works better for me. As MrKleen73 explained, it may have to do with the slow release.
My weight is down a bit, now stabilized at 97kg (214lbs), still 14 lbs to lose. At the current pace, it will take 2 month -but I'm fine with it, because I see muscle gains, -or at least I didn't lost any muscles yet.
15 days of Ostarine left, then a short cruise on test with cardarine, later introducing anavar -or t-bol while keeping the diet as is.

There is one thing I can actually tell what unifies me and the beast. We both don't care for workout regimes. We pump until fatigue sets in, every time.
High volume, pumping the sh1t out of it is the way to go, not GVT, 5x5 or whatever they wanna sell you.
Its all about FATIGUE. Right BEAST73 ?
Paired with a good diet its a win!
