Since I supplemented with electrolytes every few hours, I stayed hydrated.
Weight is the same: 97 kg. I expected to have lost at least 5 lbs, because the last few days I had 800-1200kcal max per day.
Today, Monday is gym-day. Will start somewhat slow -but who knows, sometimes it gets out of hands, LOL.
Out of curiosity, since you live in India, have you access to cow meat? Do you eat it?

To get a good meat, I have a 15mile drive. So, 30 mile drive in total. But still worth it. I love my cows dearly.. lol

I had a small bag of L-carnitine standing around for a long time. Last Thursday I mixed it with about 3 lbs bulk whey isolate and 1lb of beef collagen.
Turns out, the "small bag" were 250gr of L-carnitine. Intra workout I had 2 scoops of the whey mixture -and after workout the same.
Total L-carnitine: 20gr
The recommended max dose is 2gr at once....go figure.

GI tract is clean as a whistle and feeling better -meaning: Gym day. Will be a full body workout again.
The dehydration from constant diarrhea made me look more vascular, veins popping out in unexpected places.
Weight got down to 96kg (started 35 days ago at 103kg) on the scale, but I don't trust it. As soon as I carb up, it will go up again.
Here's a question for you if you remember that is. Were you really full of glycogen, depleted, or just pretty much normal when you weighed initially. If you were full of glycogen then whatever you weigh after a big carb cheat day is going to be about right for the difference. If normal then about 2-3 days after, and if depleted then whatever you weigh now depleted will be an accurate weight loss. You always want to compare your weight loss or gains in the same relative glycogen level you were at the start if you want an accurate depiction of what happened.
If comparing a depleted start to a carb full finish you won't show as much tissue lost but it would only be due to glycogen and fluid in the body. When I diet down if I had a big cheat or lead up week of eating I always wait a week into the diet to take my starting weight. That way I am not counting glycogen and water loss as part of the progress. That or before my final weigh in I will refeed on carbs to compare at the end. Either way 14.4lbs there is no way all of that is glycogen loss. Your physique shows too many differences as well!

Can see the outlines of my rips and even my wife commented that I look leaner (without asking her, that means something). Apparently the body holds to the muscles and I lost mainly fat = awesome!
