Nipple update:
Nipple stopped producing milk and does not hurt anymore -but I had to kill my estrogen to achieve it. Penis points now to my feet for a few days -no matter what... pea sized lump under nipple still present. Will later evaluate if Ralox is necessary, have it on hand and worked awesome the last time I ran into trouble.
To compensate for the dropped NPP -and to finish my cycle, I introduced LGD at 10mg/d.
New cycle looks like this:
Test/U 250mg/w (upped from 175)
LGD 10mg/d (upping to 15mg over time)
GW Cardarine 20mg/d
adex as needed, guessing 0.5mg e3d in future.
Overall, recomp is working well. Had yesterday a relapse with sweets but woke up more vascular.
Training
Have to change things around a bit. I feel i'm not doing enough exercises. Will keep the sheiko approach for 1 exercise per day and do 3 sets for other exercises. Currently working on a plan to have all muscles covered and doing sheiko specially for lagging parts, like legs, chest and overhead press.
