Considering a large egg has 211 mg cholesterol (Invalid Link Removed ), and I've eaten 4-6 eggs consistently for the past 8 months and still have impeccable cholesterol levels, I would say it is not a concern unless you already have or predisposed to coronary disease.
Omega-3's have been shown to have cardio-protective functions, so I strongly believe the benefits would outweight any negative effects on the heart.
