Yes. I mostly use the iPhone app or my Ipad.

I grabbed a small and medium band at Walmart today to try some spider walking and pull aparts. I got to start somewhere I guess. Now to figure out how to do these things properly:)

On my iPhone I go to the top of the page and touch the thread title. This takes me to the web version of the thread. Scroll down to find the post you want to rep. Look for the red green dots with the "rep" text next to it. Touch that and a rep window opens.

Bad morning. I'm not sure what caused my stomach to flip, but I didn't get far in my workout before I had to stop. I used Perseverance and Nocturnus together this morning. I'm not sure if this was the problem. I drank half of my Ergonine as well.

I've been drinking my ergonine with breakfast.. But then again I don't train until 4pm. You're an early bird aren't you?

It's the first time with Nocturnus. I thought Nocturnus might work similar to Nitramine. That's why I added it to Perseverance. My stomach has been alittle off for a couple of days anyway. I just bought some ginger, as I am told it will help. Yes, I go in about 5:45am.

Eh, sometimes it just happens. Hopefully it's just a one time thing and doesn't become an issue mid-squat.

Lol! When I was doing the incline the entire room was probably shaking like an earthquake came through. My whole body was shaking really bad. Thanks. I'm pretty pleased seeing that I've been off all supplements for almost 2 weeks and I've been sick most of that as well.

Well, I did get into a gym today and I have to say I didn't accomplish much. My triceps are aching pretty bad. Not like a muscle soreness after a heavy or high rep workout. More like strained and needing a break. I think I will give them a break. Here is what I did today. I will update what I did tomorrow when I get back to my room.

- that's all I could do. Took some ibuprofen and I'm going to leave the arms alone for a few days.

Routine Dr. Visit. Nope! 3 skin biopsies done and possibly one spot is basal cell skin cancer. On a good note, my blood pressure was 100/60

Thanks. I have had a melanoma spot removed from my back about 18 years ago.
