Norwegian's Re-comping with the Ultimate RPM/Drive Stack [Sponsored]

yo big N, what bf % do you have?

Currently I'm around 8-9%. My weekend keep getting occupied so I'm not able to throw in as much cardio as I'm wanting to, but starting this coming week, I'll be doing cardio every morning at 6AM, then another 40-50 minute session of running immidiately following my all-out battles in the gym in the PM. Results will be coming soon!

I am loving the new avi man. when is your next mdrol/hdrol combo. lol

Haha, thanks man, I'm feeling almost pathetic looking at it and seeing the shape I'm in now compared to it. Well, the leanness is what I'm getting at, cus Im still in a damn good shape. So only time will tell, my friend ;)

Norwegian...I read your first post and I just got done reading the entire thread. Thank you sir, it was a great read.

the avatar picture has to be at a bit lower than that? I don't think i've seen that much vascularity in that area above 6-7% on anyone

thata **** load of cardio you planned out. i quit doing mine every other day cuz it was preventing me from growth cuz i was running too much on a bulk

Gotta go hard or not go at all .. I don't do **** half-assed, plus my cardio and weight training sessions are a great stress reliever.

Looking good bro... Keep up the good work. Im done with my PCT, and been training like a mad man. Take care bud

He said it was 6%

i stopped alot of my cardio so i would quit losing weight

Yeah man, while bulking, too much cardio will definitely halt your much-wanted weight gain. I wouldn't opt for more than 3-4 sessions per week of cardio while bulking, only too keep up the cardiovascular health. 30 minutes or so about four times a week would be my suggestion.

Norwegian what bf % were you in your new avi?

6% like Metroba pointed out. I had the cuts from side to side on my stomach, top to bottom. My delts were shredded to the bone with insane separation in each of the three heads. Got to be honest, I didn't measure it to 6%, but from the pictures people at different forums 'judged' me at 6%, as did a crew of guys at my gym. I'm hoping that I can provide a more accurate measure this time around when I'm getting that low. A&M offers a $75 body fat test where they literally print out an outline of my body and tell me what fat storages I have on the different bodyparts. I'm fairly sure I'll have the money to do that by end of July (as I'm way more in to my cut then), cus $75 is still money ..

i will be taking that test when i get there for sure then. thats a cool offer.

Your new Avi could seriously be in Flex or MD. Those veins you got going on in your delts are ridiculous. You don't look like someone who just works out, and you don't even you look like someone who just body builds, you look like someone who competes. Thats some stage ready vascularity my friend, bring on the coconut butter.

Seated Two-arm DB Hammer Curls - 35 * 20, 35 * 20, 35 * 20

High-incline DB Flyes - 40 * 15, 40 * 15, 40 * 15

Close-grip EZ-bar Curls - 70 * 25, 70 * 25, 70 * 25

Pec-dec Flyes - 150 * 20, 150 * 20, 150 * 20
superset with
Horizontal V-grip Cable Curls - 50 * 20, 50 * 12, 50 * 12

Weight - 223.8 lbs.

- insane supersetting workout. Started off with Smith Floor Presses by themselves to focus fully on the peak contraction as well as low-reps to hit those slow-twitch fibers real good, and tear up the muscles from deep within. I laid on a 3 inch tall plastic stepper (like they use in aerobic training, etc.) and went to a complete stop on the bottom of each rep. Holy HELLLLLL, you simply can't cheat on these ! I felt like someone held a torch to my pecs after these. Then began my crazy chest/bicep supersetting. 180 for twenty reps on Hammer Incline Presses makes me feel real good; I pump them out non-stop like a damn machine; Thomas the Tank ;) Non-stop supersetting from the presses to the DB curls, and I got a hellacious pump in no time. The 40 grams of Carbo-Gain (by NOW) I added to my four topped scoops of Xtend did me gooo-hoood ! Filled up my entire body with blood and nutrients, and I appeared 10 lbs heavier than I normally look, no $hit ! I did 70s for 15 on decline DB Presses on my first set, but then on the 2nd and 3rd, the weight got considerably lighter for whatever reason - a second spurt of energy ? - and I pumped out 20 deep etching reps each set. All supersetted with the Hammer Curls.

The Close-grip EZ bar curls make me look like a mini-Coleman (ya, I'm feeling a little cocky right now), but for real, every muscle in my upper body stands out as if they're all Synthol'ed up. Veins everywhere, and bulging biceps, shoulders, traps, and a chest that wanted to rip through my shirt by now. The pec-dec flyes with 150 for twenty reps was also much easier than expected. These supersetted with the Horizontal V-grip Cable curls was the ultimate icing on the cake for myself. I felt invincible running through the crows of people forth and back between the two exercises. Had a Arnold-like chest sticking out without even trying, and arms nice and full from my biceps to my triceps to my forarms. My pecs looked like mountain tops and my arms like tree-branches. I walked out of the gym with a body-high like I haven't experienced in a looong time, thinking about my run ahead.

Side Note: All day I've been YURNING to get to the gym. I took Friday through Sunday off after three hard-core sessions in the gym last week, and I enjoyed some carbs during that time as well. I knew that today's workout would be a highly anabolic one, and $hit, I was right. I knew I'd have the energy of a coked-out druggie (some comparison, huh?) and I knew I was gonna give this workout my all. I don't know what it is, but ya'll fellas have really fueled my fire lately with the comments and such, and I've just realized that getting myself shredded and diced to the bone is my ultimate goal, and ultimate accomplishment once again. I won't stop short of nothing, and I seriously thank you all for the support !

Cardio:

Immidiately after I got back home, I swallowed 3 grams of CEE with the remaining Xtend. Then took off running, shirtless in some shorts. I ran for 20 minutes before finding a grassy 80-90 yard long hill with a varied slope, and I got to thinking of my bud Volcom and his nut-job HIT-like cardio training on the soccer field. I was 2 miles away from the nearest grassy plain, so I figured I'd take advantage of the Hill this time around. I did 6 all-out sprints up the hill, slow-pace jog down after each completed hill, and 20-30 seconds of walking and heavy breathing at the bottom of the hill before taking off again. It hurt like hell, but in a good way! It ended up being a 30 minute cardio session immidiately following a 70 minute gym session, and I called it a day. Confidently I ran the 5 minutes back to my apartment, still feeling high on my newfound drive and feeling very confident over today's accomplishments. This session following 9 hours at the office was simply unheard of, and it's only Monday, so I've got a whole week ahead of me with the same kind of training. Starting tomorrow morning, I've got another fun cardio session coming up around 6AM, fueled by some ephedrine and JetFuel ;)

(I mean, $hit, I just wrote a book-chapter length review of today's workout, THAT'S how good it was !)

Tuesday: AM Cardio

- it's 05.30, and my first alarm woke me up afterall. I popped one Asia Black (JetFuel-like thermo w/Ephedra) along with one original Jet Fuel and 2 grams of PEA. I haven't decided which cardio I'm doing yet, but I would have time to go to the gym right now even. So willl I run or do StairMasters? Hmm.. Only time will tell.

Tuesday: AM Cardio

My Complete Pre-cardio Stack ATM:
* 1 cap Jet Fuel
* 1 cap Asia Black
* 1 cap Yohimbine
* 4 caps (2 g) PEA
* 1.5 g ALCAR
* 60 mcg Clen

Cardio:

StairMaster; Fatburning mode; Level 10; 51 minutes (including 1 min cool-down); 770 calories

- Sweated my nuts off, just as prescribed ! Helluva cardio session, I'm only wishing I'll be able to maintain this kind of intensity for the remainder of the week without getting too burnt out. Time will tell.

Youve also inspired me Norwegian to play with Supersetting. Something Ive never been too familiar with. But I tried yesterday and liked it. So reps buddy!

Happy to hear ya likin' it, bro ! It's just one of those things I try to switch things up. Negatives and forced reps are also tremendous for stubborn muscle growth, but keep those for when ya got a reliable partner around ! It's a totally different feel when ya mix it up like that, so reap the advantages of experimenting with your training! Best of luck!

And what is your ultimate goal, Texas ? 280 ? ;) lol.. But really, what would you consider your ideal self in terms of bodyweight, bodyfat, and perhaps some strength feats ?
hmm...honestly at 5'8.5 if i were to hit 215 at around my current BF i would be pleased. because that is one huge MOFO. Strength goals i could really care less about honestly. i push for the look, strength comes with along with it.

Cardio:

20 minutes run outside; camps were cramping like a mo-fo, so my 'wise word' for the day is STRETCH after any type of all out cardio. I'm aching when walking right now, but it won't stop me from tomorrow morning's AM session.

When you say one arm hammer rows, do you use a db or cable or machine?

To clarify, I'm using the Seated Hammer Strength Rows, where you load the plates perpendicular to the floor on the bottom of each grip-handle.

gotcha. thanks for clarifying that.

so you excited about your CL goods homie? I am for sure haha. ive got some LG i-gh-1 that im gonna log along with them.

Bro, I can't wait !! I'm looking forward to trying out different dosages with both products, especially now that I'm on good way with my cut. Vascularity will be crazy within a week or two on it I bet. Definitely needing the beta alanine, citrulline malate and BCAAs during my morning cardio in a fasted state. In conclusion, I'm stoked !!

ive already got all those in my intrabolic and hypertrop-x that im running. yay for me. yeah im excited too hoping to help reach my goal of 175-180LBS range by august. Im really interested in try glycergrow. ever since intraXcell im hoked on beta alanine. i love the stuff

I've gone through a Kilo of Beta Alanine the past 2.5-3 months ;) Couldn't do without, I don't think. I recommend it to everyone at my gym.

Wednesday: AM Cardio

6.15AM:

Stairmaster; Speed Intervals; Level 12; 41 minutes (including 1 minute cool-down); 675 calories

- fvckin' A that was hard. Drained me reeeal good, especially on top of my no-carb diet and my intense workouts from the past two nights.

It's now past noon, and I've been at work half of the day. I've felt completely out of it, sore from top to bottom, no energy, just DRAINED ! It happens when I go all-in this fast in my no-carb diet mode, so it's just something I'm gonna have to get used to and get over. I won't be doing weights tonight, but I'm hoping I can get a cardio session in along with some abs and perhaps calves.
