Cardio:

Seated Rowing Machine; Level 10/10; 10 minutes; 180 calories

Weight: 227.2 lbs.

- a third awesome work out in a row. I'm thinking my time off was nothing but recuperating, and I'm back with a vengeance. The non-stop fashion training I do, incorporating only high-reps and supersetting two muscle groups is really keeping my intensity levels jacked, and keeps me sweating. The Steel Edge (3/4 scoop still) put me in a zombie state of mind, focus wise: I'm IN the ZONE before even entering the gym! It's a great feeling ! The pump comes within no time, and the energy levels are soaring from beginning to end. The added cardio I did at the end is something I'll continue utilizing following my PM workouts from here on out, but I'm fairly sure I'll keep my other forms of cardio - stairmaster, stationary bike and treadmill - only for my AM cardio sessions of 45-60 minutes in length. Tomorrow morning is my first do-or-die 6.00AM cardio session, so it's left to find out how I'll handle getting on a schedule such as that one. I'll most likely be doing some form of cardio early on this evening, but you'll hear back from me prior to that.

the only thing I would say is that i've heard that DCP + sesamin don't necessarily stack very linearly together as far as fat loss goes. I remember a conversation about it but can't recall the precise details

Hmm, thanks for the heads up. I've got to browse around for that. Let me know if you find the thread where it's mentioned. Thanks.

Day #4: AM Cardio

5.45AM: 40 minute run outside

- I took one cap of a Jet Fuel-like clone with ephedra in it, one cap Yohimbe Fuel (Twinlab) and 1,500 mg PEA 15-20 minutes prior to my run. I haven't felt this thermogenic since I can remember. I was sweating out of holes I did not even realize existed on my body. It was a perfect dosing it seems, as I didn't experience any jitters, nausea nor dizziness when running. I've got four more caps of the Jet Fuel w/Ephedra (not by German American Technologies), and I'm counting on making every AM cardio session count this week. I've also got a bottle of regular Jet Fuel standing around here, and I'll be dosing those at 2-3 caps prior to or immidiately following my lunch. It's time for my little fat-burning genocide to being (as Volcom said it).

Day #4: AM Workout

Shoulders, Triceps

Behind-neck Barbell Press - 95 * 25 (+5 reps of front press non-stop), 115 * 20 (+5 to front), 135 * 15 (+ 5 to front), 135 * 15 (+5 to front), 135 * 15 (+5 to front)

Seated Side Laterals - 25 * 20, 25 * 20, 25 * 20
superset with
Seated Upright DB Rows - 25/hand * 20, 25/hand * 20, 25/hand * 20

Standing One-arm DB Press - 50 * 20, 60 * 20
Incline Bench Rear Laterals - 30 * 20, 35 * 20, 35 * 20

Reverse Pec-dec Flyes - 145 * 20, 145 * 20, 145 * 20, 145 * 15
superset with
Machine Dips - 130 * 30, 190 * 30, 230 * 20, 230 * 20

Front Rope Raises - 80 * 20, 80 * 20, 80 * 20
superset with
Rope Pressdowns - 40 * 20, 40 * 25, 40 * 25

Weight - 225.4 lbs.

- A solid workout, had a surprising amount of energy in me still. I've never had two training sessions this close to one another, and both were great workouts. I thought I'd have time for a third workout of the day, but I'm going out of the time for the afternoon. I'm amazed by how quickly I'm seeing my good old self -> the way I was looking 2.5 weeks ago. I'm not at that stage yet, as I've got some to get rid of on my stomach, but I'm not gonna stress out about it. No reason to do so, I've got time. This whole week should get me to where I want to be prior to hitting up my all-out cycle starting next week; That's when the fun begins !

Day #5: AM Cardio

- 25 minute run outside in the humidity @ 6AM. Time constrained so I had to cut it short today, unfortunately, but my endurance was awesome !

Day #5: Chest

High Incline Flyes (75 degrees; palms facing forward) - 30 * 25, 35 * 20, 40 * 20, 40 * 20
Wide-grip Incline Hammer Press - (90 * 20) 180 * 20, 230 * 20, 270 * 11, 270 * 10, 270 * 9
Smith Machine Floor Bench Press - 70 * 20, 160 * 20, 210 * 9, 210 * 7, 210 * 6
Pec-dec Flyes - 100 * 30, 150 * 20, 150 * 20, 150 * 20

Dumbbell Press (2-3 sec neg., 1 sec hold on bottom) - 75 * 6, 75 * 6, 75 * 6
superset non-stop with
Dumbbell Pullovers - 75 * 15, 75 * 8, 75 * 10

- 90 minutes pre-workout I took 2 grams of PEA, and a cap of Yohimbe. 30 minutes prior to workout I had one serving of MRI's Black Powder. 15 minutes before workout, I had 1/2 scoop Steel Edge (to get that extra edge as it always yields). During my workout I drank 1/2 gallon water with 5 scoops xtend and 5 grams Beta Alanina. Needless to say, after a long day at work sitting on the computer doing testing I was ready to relieve some stress.

It was the most intense chest workout I've had in a long time. I got right in the zone with those neutral gripped incline flyes. I swear, even with a warm-up it feels like my chest is about to snap in half; it's like a painful, yet a killer upper pectoral movement. The pump I got was outrageous. Following up with the Hammer Presses I was shocked by the strength and muscular endurance I've attained.

180 for twenty reps, I was repping them out like a machine, kept constant tension on the outer/upper pec and gave a killer pump and burn. It's also been a while since I did 270 for 10+ reps on incline hammer press, so strength was definitely up today. (going on no carbs, btw.) Floor Presses on the Smith were a torcher as well, and I swear my pecs looked like peaked mountain tops on the extension of the heavy sets. I mixed it up once again by incorporating some low reps, and it confused the hell out of my chest. A final torcher superset of slow-pace dumbbell press and dumbbell pullovers. My chest has never felt or looked more 'oeakeqsue' (as Volcom puts it, haha) as it did today when I took my shirt off. I had a retard-pump in my pecs, they were bulging.. haha. It'll look better once I get rid of some on my stomach..

Those two weeks off all training seem to have rejuvenated my whole body. I'm already back to full strength and stamina, but I've got some more to lose around the tummy. I'm looking forward to the Napalm doing that for me.

Weight: 224.5 lbs slowly losing it !!!

Damn bro, still putting up the big numbers I see... How you been doing?? Ive been pretty good, just working alot. Getting my time in as well. Nice work, keep it up.

Good to hear you're doing well in your new job and location! You entering PCT soon !? I'm doing good, just about real good. Got my internship started finally, and I'm back in the gym. Oh, and the ex is still around ... hahaha

Day #6: AM Cardio

- I got up at 5.45AM, popped an Asian Black (Jetfuel/Ephedra mix), and got running at 6.15AM.

40 minute run outside. The Asian Black wakes me right up, and gets my thermogenesis totally whacked out. I am sweating everywhere, as previously mentioned. I can also tell the ephedra really helps me breathe more easily, as it clears up my lungs. This definitely helps my endurance when running in this nasty humid weather!

Got another couple comments from the ex.

She would get back with me if I get rid/remove a couple of things;

- my veins/vascularity - which isn't even very predominant at this point in time.
- my supplement stack on top of my fridge - she's not wanting me to pop any pills or drink any fancy workout drinks for muscle growth or the likes, but she doesn't mind me working out ..

- as if me working out without any supplements is gonna shrink me to a little nugget and remove my vascularity ..

:jaw: :frustrate:aargh::fool2::jaw::frustrate::aargh: -> but mainly, she's a fvcking :fool2::fool2::fool2::fool2::fool2:

I don't see what the hell she is so worried about. You look better than 90% of all americans, she should be happy about that. You can never make them happy though lol. So does this call off the hdrol cycle? If it doesn't what is your goal for this cycle? Are you going keep the cals real low or try and put on some lean mass.

Man, to not be bodybuilding is not me .. I feel like I'm skipping out of something bigger if I were not to take advantage of how I am capable of transforming. I know my **** and my ways around dieting and training, and I know how to get in the low digits and look, stay and feel good inside out. If I can't do that, there's not much left of me, man! I love switching things up, changing shape, losing fat, prioritizing muscle groups for said growth and everything else there is to it.....

I've got to head back to work, my lunch is over. I'll be *****ing and ranting about this all night, so there'll be more said.

Haha, man, those supersets got the best of me ! And I'd never last more than 10 minutes with that intense rowing.. I'm a damn fountain within 4 minutes, haha. But yeah, I'm a cardio-cvnt compared to three weeks ago. I gotta up it, indeed !

I'm a free floating slab of labia too, compared to what I was doing a month ago.

I foresee myself picking it back up. I think my treasured arsenal of Stims were a cornerstone of my energy-ability to fulfill my cardio ambitions.

My injuries labia'd me up pretty bad, but I think I could probably get back into it if I wanted at this point, but the last week of a PH seems to be the pinnacle of lethargic hell, so I'm struggling to hit the weights, let alone the cardio machines.

Here's an example of my level of lethargy. I haven't taken any Stims for a month now. Which means my adrenal glands are once again Stim virgins waiting for prom night. Last Saturday, I was so lethargy, I said F-it, I'm going to toss down some Stims to get me through. I dropped 5 RPM's and 25mg of Ephedrine HCL.... NOTHING!!! I simply felt "normal." We can argue that RPM has the potential for the hit or miss effect, but not Ephedrine HCL. I always have a crack addict initial response to Ephedrine after restoring Stim virginity. I think I even napped after I lifted.

My 3-AD experience was really good. It helped me push my volume Norwegian style in many exercises, but I'm also excited about not feeling like a zombie 24/7. I'll be hitting my Stims like the Stim junkie I am after and on occasion, during my PCT. I love my Stims.

I think the Recreate/Leviathan Reloaded combo for cardio is my favorite, with Ephedrine as an added turbo boost on occasion.

I've gotten to my bi's and calves training day tomorrow. I'm seriously thinking about doing the superset combo you did on your bi/tri day. I did tri's monday so I think I will just do them again tom. I'm excited I love superseting anyway. It will be a good one.

Have fun with that, bro ! The pump is almost painful -> especially with a good pre-workout drink/stim to force all that blood where you want it ! ;)

Hey, last friday I did it. very similar. and I think I found my proper dosing of my current stack to feel that tight. It was 2caps stoked. 3drive. 2 shred XS. I felt great and I had a great pump. the pic after my workout is fixin to be in my avatar.

Where is the norwegian warrior, hope you didn't get whipped:whip:

Lol, I'm still here. Work is keeping me busy to say the least. I got the H-drol off of e-bay, and they sent it to where I lived three years ago in Houston, so that stack is gone for now. USPS can't put a forwarding address on it because it's been more than a year, and it was delivered and signd for. Fvckin' a, $$ down the god damn drain. I'll drop by the house whenever I go back and see what I can find out. Phuck !!!

Back in the gym, however. Had an awesome chest/bicep/abs work out last night, and I'm sore as hell today. I've cut out my carbs entirely, and arms are still jacked from last night. Chest is tight, and I'm sensing the feeling of superiority coming right around the corner. I actually spent an hour last night reading my whole M-drol/H-drol log from last November and it was a damn inspiration. That's the look I want to get back, and that's the look I want to walk around with !

Damn man i just looked at that log, I guess I missed it back then. You were freakin jacked man!!!!!!!!!!!! You still are but there is one pic on there of a side chest ahot it think and you should make that your avi it is worth it. Keep it up you genetic freak!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha, thanks a lot bro, I really appreciate those comments !!! This the pic you were talking about ? I can't believe the vascularity and 'ripped to shreddness' conditioning I got down to. Definitely inspiring myself to get back to that point, and I've got a tough road ahead, indeed !

Cardio - 35 minutes of outdoor running in he heat immidiately following my workout

Weight - 221.4 lbs !!!

- my workout took me 60 minutes to complete, and the stamina and intensity was above and beyond what I've done in a while. I was drenched by the end of my workout, and had an awesome pump. I immidiately went running outside, and I must admit, the first 15 minutes were awful. My back and arms had such a pump from my workout that I could barely hold up my arms or move them while running. I looked like a big midget the way I was running (no offense ...) ! haha.. Sweated like crazy, but no wonder considering it was in the high 80s still with high humidity. Definitely was drained after the 95 minutes of all-out training for the day, but I'm feeling good now. Got my steak, veggies and cheese dinner in, and I'm gonna cheat and endulge an orange now; got a healthy sweet tooth, haha. Definitely happy about the weight loss, ofcourse a considerable amount from water, but still.

Thats the one damn you look straight shredded. Keep it up.I hope to look like that one day.Cheers bud!!!!!!!!!

I told you everyone loves it!

Lol.

Thanks a lot for the kick-ass responses fellas ! It's only gonna put more fuel on the fire and up my drive and urge to get back to that stage again ! You'll all see the journey there, I'm not going anywhere ! (Nope, Kernkraft, I'll be around, lol!)

Cardio: 35 minutes outdoor running immidiately upon completing workout.

- another crazy intense workout. A trainer and her client came up to me to ask what I was drinking - my pink Xtend -and her client was like, 'whatever is in there, I need to get me some, and lots of it!' haha.. I then proceeded to explain a little bit about BCAAs and the added Beta Alanine I put in there, and had her write down these two products, as well as nutraplanet's website 'because they have the very best prices, bar none!' [I really did advertise in that fashion.]. The shrugs surprised the hell outta me. A buddy had loaded it up and finished up, and I asked to jump in. No way did I think I was gonna shrugs 405 like I did after not doing barbell shrugs in months and months ! Finished with some running outdoors, and finally dared to take my shirt off when running again. Sweated like a pig which is always nice. I'm excited about my progress, and I can't wait to see what's gonna come of me by the end of the month and beyond . . .

Friday: OFF!

Saturday: AM Cardio

- immidiately upon waking, 40 minute run outside in the Texas summer. Feeling reeeeal good !

Enjoyed the hell out of some Dickey's Beef Brisket, turkey and chicken today. Half a bun only, with some fried okra and baked potato. My tastebuds are roaming around in an orgy right now, I'm telling ya. Well, that's it for my cheating this weekend. I'm looking forward to my gym session tomorrow, BIIIIG TIME !
