Yeah i understand now. I haven't been able to say good bye forever yet. It seems that the longer i go the harder it is, but at the same time the longer it goes the more i get sick of it too.

.. oh yeah, I know what you're saying, bro ! I must admit I'm somewhat dependent on her, it's just the result of such a relationship of 5 years ! Dayummm, that's longer than I initially thought !

I definitely respect that ! So you'll be staying at home for a semester, or still get your own place ? She gonna be living with you, or is she a Junior still ?
she actually graduated already, a semester early. she is going to a community college but dropped thre classes cuz she had no guidance other than mine, which she didnt follow. yeah she will most likely be living with me either my own apartment or coed dorm due to me only staying their for a semester. I will be able to continue my college and give her tiem to recover and get her basics out and then i forsure will be going up to College station either spring semester or fall of the following year, as for her im not sure.

I see how it is.. I hope for the sake of both of you that you'll lead on her on right path. Best of luck to you both, and like I said before, let me know when you're hitting up CS !

The vice of a good guy is not wanting to hurt someone else, its crushing to think about the thought of crushing someone you love. You'd rather be the one to get hurt and sacrifice then the one doing the hurting, though both are scary. Can't stand the thought of seriously breaking her heart by letting her go, but don't want to suffer the pain of getting your heart broken if she lets you go, even though that seems to be the only "way out."

Good guys have the tolerance of a Saint when it comes to loved ones. It's a weakness and a strength.

Sometimes it's a matter of taking a summation of the girl's character, personalities, flaws and pluses and deciding if what you don't like about her, is something you can stand forever or not.

The other side of the spectrum is what Hman mentioned. The longer they stick together, the tighter they are glued emotionally, while at the same time the more apathetic he becomes. Putting up with crap builds a callous and the break up conversations have less and less effect because theres an anticipation of things going wrong when it occurs too often.

Either way it sucks. I was the one that had to be forced out of the situation. I probably would have took a $hit on my life and married her just to spare her feelings, but luckily enough she let me go, which I fought, resisted and had my share of b!tch moments over, but in retrospect it was a blessing.

I can surely sympathize with sacrificing my own happiness to spare a loved one's heart, just don't $hit on yourself.

Volcom i am going to copy what you said and read it back to myself. You truly have a way of hitting things at the core. You should think about be a psychologist or better yet start your own show and take over dr phil. lol your good man.

Day #26: PM Workout

Chest

Pec-dec Flyes - (100 * 30) 150 * 25, 170 * 25, 190 * 23, 210 * 22

Incline DB Press - (60 * 15) 80 * 12, 90 * 12, 100 * 9, 100 * 9
Wide-grip Hammer Bench Press - (140 * 15) 230 * 9, 250 * 7, 250 * 6, 230 * 7

Wide V-grip Dips - BW * 20 reps * 4 sets

Flat DB Flyes (head off top of bench; neutral grip) - 40 * 12, 40 * 10 (+5 reps DB Press), 40 * 10 (+10 reps DB press)

Dumbbell Shrugs - 150 * 30

Weight - 227 lbs.

- It's the end of the week, and day 4 with no carbs. Energy levels are down, I'll admit, but to be able to be up and about not running off of stimulants and energy pills is a blessing in the sky! Not only am I decreasing my sensitivity to stims, but i'm at the same time preparing for a potential BRUTAL cut I'm thinking of committing to at the end of June. DCP, Napalm, Recreate .. Just a little thought I've been playing with lately, knowing that a steady paycheck is about to enter my bank account every other week. Not only that, but I just want to be cut; just lean, mean and shredded. It's what I want. '

I decided to switch things up today, and for once go down in my rep-range. Started off with Pec-dec in the 20-30 rep range, to DB presses in 9-12 range, down to Hammer Bench for 6-9 reps. I liked the variation in my training today, but low reps (6-9) still isn't my cup of tea. I did my dips on a dip station where the handles (metal bars) move away from one another towards the end, and my grip was at the very edge of these bars, so I was dipping WIDE! It's been a while since I incorporated dips into my chest routine, and doing them this way definitely turned me on to doing them some more ! I felt my lower/middle chest get an awesome stretch and contraction, and I liked seeing the width of my chest towards the bottom of the movement. Overall, a pretty good chest workout despite my energy levels being where they're at, alongside of depletion and looking a little flatter. I considered the thought of a couple carbs tonight, but instead, i'm gonna go for another run with the doberman in about 30 minutes, and I'll have a treat or two later on -> Volcom's suggestion of sugar free pops ! I got me a 16-pack this afternoon; a meager 4 grams of carbs per pop ! Booo-yaaahhh, I can endulge in at least one at a time ! haha ..

Where I'm heading with this diet, I'm not sure, but I don't dare to 'carb-load' in fear of bloating up or getting beyond 230 lbs again. God dammit, the addiction is back, and the nothing-is-ever-good-enough spirit is there too .. Ugh, I'm looking forward to seeing where this one goes !

Heads up on the pops. There is another variation of sugar free pops at 2-3g of carbs per serving and the flavors are Diet Orange Crush, Diet Root Beer and Diet Dr. Pepper. Since I tend to really cherish my pops, having at least 2 at a time, the difference of a 2 carb pop vs a 4 is night and day for me. Keep an eye out for it.

I support your Recreate/DCP/NAPALM stack. Youd' probbaly get striation in your veins!

I do miss my Stims. One of the primary reasons I wanted to switch to my 3-AD was to let me system become re-sensitized to stims again. I think my stims are the only thing that kept me truck'n on those no/low carb days.

Keep it up bro.

Its kind of funny, i've never gotten involved in that. When I started realizing a woman was too crazy to deal with, i'd be honest with her and let her know just quite how psycho she was, and in what ways. And let her know how that could never work in a functional long term relationionship, only a dysfunctional one. then i'd say byebye and move on to someone else. eventually I found my wife :)

Your a better (or at least smarter) man than the rest of us Easy.

maybe luckier. or maybe I just dated chicks who weren't hot enough for me to bother sticking with their craziness :D

Haha, come on now, can't ya allow me those meager 4 grams of carbs, and just dont cause a fuss ?! God dammit, I deserve those !

I support your Recreate/DCP/NAPALM stack. Youd' probbaly get striation in your veins!

That's honestly what I'll be aiming for. That's the point where I want to be, or at least regain homeostasis at a couple pounds above 'extremely shredded' so that a couple carbs here and there won't pile on a pound here and there, if you catch my drift ?!

I do miss my Stims. One of the primary reasons I wanted to switch to my 3-AD was to let me system become re-sensitized to stims again. I think my stims are the only thing that kept me truck'n on those no/low carb days.

No doubt about it, bro, the stims kept me going within 20-30 minutes upon waking/consumption. No wonder I did 7.00-8.00AM cardio sessions like it was nothing, to put it that way. But when I'm starting my internship on June 2nd, I want to be able to get up at 5.30-6.00AM and do that exact 'feat' without the stims, that must be my ultimate goal, I guess.. At least then I'd know for a fact whether Recreate is as mind-blowing as the picture they're trying to pain, as I'll be entering the cycle with virgin stim receptor sites ! ;)

With DCP .. Do I really need 8+ caps per day (most notably 8 caps) for the full effects ? I'm just saying, that's by no means cost efficient .. Also, how long ya'll recommend the DCP to be ran ? 6 or 8 weeks at a time ?

I only took DCP 6 caps a day with Recreate. Whenever I dosed for Recreate, I dosed for DCP (which always before a meal). Reps say DCP is best taken 20 min pre meal. Recreate is recommended in the same way, the cortisol binding suppresses appetite and something else in there helps with nutrient partitioning. I'm not sure Recreate has a "set" time for pre-meal, but its in your best interest to give it the courtesy 20 min or so for all those "food benefits" to kick in.

Recreate is a major low impact stim. I honestly put Recreate in my own made up, "caffeine containing non-stim" category. In my stim junkie opinion, you're practicically running three non-stims. However, Recreate's stim effect "might" not be as subtle as I paint it out to be, because I did take it immediately following an Adrenalean/Yohimbine HCL, Ephedrine HCL stack and those some heavy hitters that would molest any adrenal receptors. That being said, I think its a nasty fat Hiroshima stack you've got planned out.

I cannot fathom how you have any fat left on you. I feel like you've done enough cardio to do laps around this damn planet man. :fool2:

Glad to see the Steel Edge is working well for you... The Beta and IXL is def a great combo for me... cant imagine how Ive been going without it...haha... Im thinking about giving the RPM a try next go round...

Day #27: Early PM Workout/Cardio

Pressdowns - (50 * 30) 70 * 25, 90 * 20, 90 * 20
Two-arm Overhead DB Extensions - 80 * 20, 80 * 20, 80 * 20
Machine Dips - 210 * 20, 210 * 25, 210 * 21
Rope Pressdowns - 40 * 20, 40 * 25, 40 * 30
One-arm Overhead DB Extensions - 25 * 20-25 reps * 4 sets

Uni-arm Low Cable Curls - (15 * 30) 20 * 20, 25 * 25, 25 * 25
Two-arm DB Preacher Curls w/twist - 25 * 20, 25 * 20, 25 * 20
Wide-grip Horizontal Preacher EZ-bar Curls - 40 * 25, 40 * 25, 40 * 25
Seated DB Hammer Curls - 30 * 25, 30 * 25, 30 * 25
One-arm Hammer Concentration Curls - 40 * 20, 40 * 20, 40 * 20

Cardio:

Stairmaster; Speed Intervals; Level 12; 20 minutes; 360 calories

Weight - 227 lbs.

- Had a sick pump in my arms, and I swear, my triceps are getting more and more pronounced by every workout I do for them. They're like two big lumps on the back of my arms once I attain a semi-decent pump, and when i keep pumping out my high-rep sets, they blow up to cannonballs. I had such a thick arm when viewed from the side that it looked a little supernatural. The veins running down my arms and deltoids are great, and overall, I'm just loving how I've lost 6-7 lbs of water, have endulged in no carbs for 5 days, yet I don't see when i'll fall prey for them again. I'm not abnormally tired throughout the day, nor do I run out of steam in my workouts, even though I'm not taking any stims. Now that's a good feeling !

Anyway, I doubt I'll be doing another cardio session for the day. I think I just need some rest for now .. and some nutritents. Then hit it hard tomorrow again. I've got to take advantage of every day to come, however, because it looks like I'll be going on a road trip starting next thursday. That'll be two days of driving, without working out, stay in Colorado for 3 days where I may run/workout once a day, and another two days of driving back home.. Ugh, I hate thinking about the fact that I may be gym-deprived for that long !

Nice bro!! Im getting ready to go in and get some chest work done...

yeah man probably for the best.

I'm sorry to hear that, bro ! .. but then again, it was one of those relationships .. maybe some day soon to come, or in the distant future, will you find back to one another. But losing a person who's that important to you is tough.. I am not ready to face it myself ..

man i feel shitty now. I wish i was on cycle that would make me feel better.

Hang in there bud. Big muscles don't make heartbreak any less hurtful, but if you've been pushed and pushed to the point that you don't have the fight in you to go through whatever drama she brings into your life, then number one, it's not suppose to be that hard, and number two, it's not suppose to be that hard. Someone will come along that you won't have to fight an uphill struggle with, but a nice coast with the occassional hill. Every relationship has hills now and then, but its not suppose to be a mountain climb that never seems to have a peak.

There aren't a shortage of girls in the world. Take your restlessness out on some cardio or weights. I used to do cardio to the point of health hazardous, because in those moments where I felt like I would pass out with every step, the physical pain would overwhelm all and every one of my senses, including my emotional pain, and in that moment was my strange kind of peace. Books not over, just another chapter, keep reading and you'll get to the good parts again.

thanks again man!

Day #27: Late PM Cardio

- 60 minute walk in the park with my dog.

Day #28: AM Cardio

- 40 minute walk in the park with my dog upon waking.

Day #28:

PM Cardio/Weight training:

1. Cardio - Stairmaster; Speed Intervals; 30 minutes; Level 12; 530 calories

2. Back/Traps

Extra Wide-bar Pulldowns - (100 * 30) 140 * 25, 140 * 25, 140 * 25
Icarian Wide-grip T-bar Rows - 45 * 20, 55 * 20, 65 * 20, 75 * 20
Hammer One-arm Low Rows - 100 * 20, 100 * 20, 100 * 20
Pull-ups - BW * 12

Dumbbell Shrugs (Drop set) - 125 * 30 -> 115 * 30 -> 100 * 30

Weight - 230 lbs.

- started off with cardio today because I knew it had to be a short and sweet session do to a busy evening ahead. I wanted to put more into cardio today, and that was a grueling session! I've been a couch potato all day, and without second guessing myself, I just headed for the gym not even knowing what I was gonna do. I'm real glad I did, though, because I always feel refreshed and awake upon completion of my workouts.

The cardio had me sweating like crazy, but not enough to burn me out of energy for some back training. Extra Wide Grip pulldowns felt real good, and I'll be incorporating those more. I focused more on the contraction today, hence the lighter weight on the exercises. I still haven't 'carbed-up' but I endulged in some white bread with veggies on top last night along with some pretzels.. Unaware of the weight gain - I swear it must be because I weighed in in a soaked shirt and pants - because I'm looking leaner than I did yesterday even.

Other than that, not much to report on .. Steel Edge didn't give me too great an edge today, but I can't blame anyone but myself because I've just been laying around since I woke up this morning ..

Ok i've post in here twice, with no replies, I'll try once more :aargh:

...

Glad to hear SE is working, and you're still making solid progress. :run:

Day #29:

No working out today period, but I did however help my ex move out of her apartment, so I got my big ass taken advantage of for once ! 6 hours of sweating my nuts off so I call it a fun cardio session. Texas kept it up with 96-98 degrees all day, so I've got to say it helped keep my body temp up as well, haha.. Anyway, tomorrow morning I'll probably hit up another cardio/weight training combo session again, because my ex is coming to stay for a couple of days as of tomorrow afternoon and I don't think I'll do much but running and do some lifting when I train her when she's here. We're also taking off for Colorado on Saturday .. A little escape from reality in Texas ! ;)

Hiya. Just popping in. All caught up now. Looks like things are going nicely; you make me feel like I'm doing nothing! The whole chick/diet thing made me crack up; I'm a bit like that with all my supps; drives most people nuts :toofunny: LOL you have a few dramas! How did you end up going with getting your chick on diet/exercise?

Glad to see ya drop by for a bit ! .. and yes, I'm surrounded by drama, whether good or bad there's always something going on in my life ! Lol.

Now, how did I get her to start working out .. We lost touch completely for a couple of months beginning of the semester, at which point I regained my 'religious' relationship to training and dieting, and focused on getting in the shape of my life. We began talking again, and she saw me, and well, I looked quite different from before, leaner and better ..

Within a couple of days of hanging out together, we started talking about how I'd been training and incorporating most kinds of methods in to my weights and cardio scheme, and that I was no longer playing the size-game but rather the refined/muscular look. She never wanted to work out with me before, because she feared she'd blow up like I did back in the day; she kept saying, 'omg, no, I don't want to be big like you!' She now knew that that wasn't all I knew the how-to on when it came to training, and she gained more trust in me in that department.

And my arms were brought up - which have been a frequent topic of our throughout the years - and she mentioned how they were 'wayy too big,' whereas she had toothstick arms and they were the one thing on her body she didn't like much; they didn't go in sync with her DD to put it that way .. on a 5'7", 110 lbs girl .. it's big, to say the least. So I offered to train her and get her back in shape from having been drinking more this semester - as a partial result of not seeing me .. She agreed, and that's how the whole escapade went on. From there on, I took her to HEB a couple of times, told her what foods to focus on, how to manipulate her diet, and so on and so forth. Next thing, I took her to the gym and began training her ..

We were moving yesterday, as I mentioned, and we had to drop by Wal-Mart for some locks for her storage place. We went by the weights in the sports department, and she goes, 'ok, ok, tell me what to do now, and how many reps' .. It was hilarious, she started doing curls and side laterals with these 5-8 lbs weights and after every 'set' she'd flex her arms - similar to a most muscular pose - and it cracked me up every time. Fun times at Wal-Mart, indeed ! ;)

Day #30: Early PM Cardio/Weight Training Session

1. Cardio

Stairmaster; Speed Intervals; 20 minutes; Level 12; 350 calories

2. Weight Training - Shoulders

Behind-Neck Smith Press - (95 * 25, 115 * 25) 135 * 25, 155 * 20, 155 * 20

Roman Chair One-arm DB Laterals - 20 * 25, 20 * 25, 20 * 25
Roman Chair Superman's (barbell front raises) - 50 * 20, 50 * 20, 50 * 20

Standing One-arm DB Press - 50 * 20, 60 * 20, 70 * 20

Pec-dec Rear Laterals - 160 * 25, 160 * 25, 160 * 25
Low Incline DB Rear Laterals (neutral grip) - 30 * 20, 30 * 20

Dumbbell Shrugs (drop-sets):

1. 150 * 20 -> 125 * 20 -> 100 * 20
2. 140 * 15 -> 120 * 15 -> 100 * 15
3. 130 * 15 -> 115 * 15 -> 100 * 15

Weight - 227.6 lbs.

3. Light 15-20 minute run as soon as I came back home from the gym - 2 miles of running in the burning warm Texas sun

- I woke up at 10.30AM, jumped on my NO2 and ALA and choked it down with a protein shake. 60 minutes after, I had a serving of Cashews and 6 oz. of plain shrimps w/ketchup. 45 minutes after, I started chugging down on 1.5 scoops of Steel Edge, and at 1.20PM, I was at the gym on my Stairmaster. The Steel Edge kicked in within a couple of minutes on the stairs, and the 20 minutes were over before I knew it - it was a breeeeeze ! Then I hit the weights ..

Volcom's various suggested shoulder exercises, and I've tried them all by now, and love them. The smith presses warmed up my joints real nice and good, and the roman chair exercises fried my medial deltoids to crisp! I decided to try out some standing one-arm DB Press, and they felt GOOD ! I was shocked by the intensity and strength of my presses, and I was looking insanely jacked after completing my sets. I can't remember last time I appeared this veiny - OK, back on Intrabolic and IXL I was, but I was also 7 lbs lighter - but now, it looks like I've packed on some solid pounds of muscle since last time ! My lean old self has reappeared, and as has my confidence. No longer do I crazy the immidiate post workout carbs - hence I did my post-workout run today - and the carbs remain out of my diet.

Reverse Pec-dec Flyes torch my rear laterals, which have started to come in real nicely. I'm seeing more separations for every time I do these, so my high reps/low carb/daily cardio must be doing something for my benefit. I finished off with some nasty DB Shrugs for drop sets, no rest in between the sets apart from how long it took to re-wrap myself. These were grueling, but when I do shrugs in this manner, I always walk out of the gym with a much deeper pump which makes my traps stand out more than normally after a shoulder session. Needless to say, i walked out of the gym feeling big, ripped and confident! Got in my car, took me a minute to get back home, choked down 2.5 grams of CEE with some Xtend, put my dog on a leash, and took off out the door. Obviously, no-shirt day for myself. That should say how good I'm feeling nowadays ;) I ran on the sidewalk up and down one of the main streets here as well as partially through an apartment complex and a park. When running alongside a 35mph road, I had more than a handful of girls in their cars check me out - it's a little obvious when their head turns all the way around when passing me, going in opposite direction, if ya catch my drift ?! Haha. When I got back home, I sort of wanted to take another lap, but my little Beagle was dying of thirst and about to pass out - one of the reasons for why I randomly run a friend's doberman at times ..

Anyway, an awesome start to the day, and I'm seeing tons of signs of my good, old, lean self ! ;)

One final note: Looks like I struck gold on my Steel Edge dosage. The mind/muscle connection was above and beyond, and my head was totally in the game. But then again, attaining the results in which i've attained lately is enough for me to get in to the zone at the gym, but Steel Edge is indeed the $hizzznit !!

Kudos on the shirtless run. Those are great when you can pull it off.

Glad to see you like those those Roman Chair delt movements and good job with those insane drop sets on the traps too. I've never used Db's above 120lbs before (our gym doesn't have them), but they must feel great, especially for shrugs. The 120 Db's are way too light for shrugs or one arm rows, which is why I always do the incline bench, double Db row variation.

I feel the Db shrugs hit my traps more directly then the barbell shurgs (the BB shrugs rely heavily on general scapular elevation and all type of muscles help with that lift, whereas the Db shrugs feel much more anterior trap concentrated). I can't do shrugs for awhile though. I already lamented the lost opportunity to exacerbate my traps with the 3-AD/MassFX advantage, but oh well.

I love large traps

Day #30: PM Cardio

- 35 minute run outside; HOT, HOT, HOT weather ! Awfully painful run, too, my calves were cramping the whole run through. I know it was my calves that were throbbing in pain, but it felt like 'growth pains' more so than anything .. I definitely don't stretch out my calves enough after any of my cardio sessions, so I'll start doing that and see where it takes me. But it was paaiiinfuuuul today !

Day #10 (of NO2/CEE):

- I woke up looking tighter and leaner than I've seen myself in a long, long time ! Definitely a helluva start to the day, although I slept from 4.00AM until 12.30PM.

Immidiately upon waking, I had 4 caps NO2, 300 mg ALA, 3 grams fish oil, 1 gram Yellow Gold, 2.5 grams CEE and .6grams of a EGCG/RK mix. 20 minutes later I had a 50 gram whey protein shake in water w/1-2 tbs PB. This was my breakfast meal, but I've got a feeling it'll be the only 'meal' prior to my first workout for the day. I've started liking my early PM workouts with cardio and weights incorporated, and I swear that must've had at least a partial effect with my looking leaner. I've been emergency snacking on peanuts and cashews lately, but it's obvious that my body allow me those calories from fats in these days of carb-constriction. I doubt I'll be scheduling a follow-up carb serving for the 1 gram of YG I ingested pre-breakfast, but now I'll be going for three days with YG dosed at 1 gram 3-4 times daily, just to see if it can make me look a little tighter ..

Anyway, a cardio, abs, arms session is about to unfold ..

u gunna get some update pix up here?

- thinking about it .. I'll see where my ego's at after my workout today, and go from there.

Anyway, just dropped by Kroger for a couple essentials, and I was lucky enough to come across a 2.2 lbs jug of whey protein marked down from $19.00 to $4.00; stuff like that makes my day ! Besides, all I've been choking down the past week is ON Whey Natural Strawberry Flavor, it's some rancid stuff ! $hit ! The one thing I went there for, popsicles, I managed to forget, argghhh .. Oh, anyone seen the Special K Protein Water ? How's that for a complete hoax ?! Those *****es ought to be sued for adding 5 grams of protein to a bottle of water with some sugar free flavoring - if that - and charge $1.29 per bottle. Rotten ..

I'm sitting here about to embarge into my 1.5 scoops of Steel Edge w/4 grams of BA added plus 30 grams of whey protein. Don't want to risk me getting in to too great of a catabolic mode being my one 'meal' thus far today has been a peanutbutter protein shake.

Day #10:

1. Cardio

Stairmaster; 30 minutes on Speed Intervals; Level 10; 480 calories

2. Weight training

Rope Pressdowns - (30 * 30) 50 * 25, 60 * 20, 60 * 20
Seated Overhead DB Extensions - 80 * 20, 80 * 20, 80 * 20
Dip Machine - 210 * 25, 230 * 25, 270 * 15, 270 * 15
Kickbacks - 25 * 20, 30 * 20, 30 * 20

Concentration Curls - 25 * 25, 30 * 20, 30 * 15, 30 * 15
Incline DB Curls - 25 * 15, 25 * 15, 25 * 15, 25 * 15
Rope Hammer Curls - 100 * 25, 120 * 20, 140 * 20
Wide-grip EZ-bar Cable Curls - 100 * 20, 100 * 20, 100 * 20

Pull-up Contractions - BW * 10-15 reps * 2 sets

Weight - 227 lbs.

Another awesome workout. I'm loving the training style a la' Volcom 6 weeks back -> Pre-weights cardio followed immidiately by weight training. I was sweating my nuts off on the Stairmaster today, yet I wasn't out of the zone for a split second. The arm session was pretty surreal as well, and the pump was phenomenal. Now I've got to take my dog walking in this nice weather I'm having .. shirtless .. with a protein shake in my right hand.

Got to love these days !

Some pics for you impatient lil' biatches .. ;) Not too many, but good for now ..

Definitely seeing the vascularity in your bis, and your shoulders look great in your Dennis Wolf most muscular. 220+ lbs with abs that clean is beastly. Good job bro. Your hard work is definitely showing itself.

Thanks a lot, bro, I appreciate the kind words ! My favorite pic there is my front double biceps, only because I used to NEVER post those pics from before, because I was looking really flat. Now, I feel my lats have broadened up, my deltoid/pectoral tie-ins look good, my pecs have more mass and hence 'stretch' a bit further while not flattening out too much. Oh, and my arms finally look worthy of a front double bicep pose, IMHO.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. Oh, also, this is 10 days of no/low carb. My only couple of carb meals the past ten days are two 6 inch Quiznos sandwiches with tons of turkey and a pancake meal at IHOP, but other than that, I've been busting my balls losing water and fat in the progress. I'm stoked with the obvious results I've attained in the past week and a half to be honest. Unfortunately, I don't have pics to prove it, but maxing out at ~236 lbs ten days ago should give you a little picture of the whole scenario .. ~10 lbs of weightloss shows regardless of who the person is, and in my case, that was merely a little excess water in my face and stomach area ..

Front double bi's are hard to pull of shirtless. Bi's look exaggerated against a pinching sleeve, but on a shirtless pose, size just looks like fat/large arms. In the shaded, left side of your front double you can see a nice split, and in an even better shade/lighting, I bet you could see a clearer tricep separation. Your upper chest is thick enough to pinch off the insertion point of the bi's, so it adds to the peak effect and your shoulders give it the good 'ole rolling hills look. Solid overall, and carb depleted for the most part on top of that.

Three more .. Horrible lighting, hides all veins and vascularity on my outer arm as well as shoulder cap. I will try to get a better lighting next time around.

Oh yes, let's not forget the driving force behind my development. Wearing a Thor's Hammer necklace 24/7, representing my own Viking heritage !
