Norwegian's Re-comping with the Ultimate RPM/Drive Stack [Sponsored]

Day #23:

- I will start a new post this afternoon, I've just got to finish my early day cardio session first.

I spoke with MRI regarding the NO2 dosing and to ask them about their CE2 High Def product:
- I'm dosing at 3 caps NO2 * four times per day, as opposed to their recommendation of 5 caps twice daily. To ME, it seems like the body will be better able to absorb and fascilitate the nutrients when I don't overload the dosing each time, hence, I opted for a lower dosage spread out more evenly. Noone I spoke with there concurred with my reasoning, but a perpetual pump sounds more attainable being 're-fueled' more often than not, right ?!

- Their CE2 High Def has 1,400 mg CEE, 200mg Beta Alanine and 200mg Raspberry Ketones in it. I was surprised to see the thermogenic booster RK in there, and wondered how it would not inhibit the NO2 effects. They told me it wasn't a CNS stimulant like caffeine is, and the RK would help use fat storage as fuel. It would not decrease any NO2 effects, they said. I asked them if EGCG would counteract it, then, and they said no. Granted both of these statements are true, I was going to add my 200mg RK/300mg EGCG caps to the mix three times a day, and see myself getting closer to my mean, old, self, but I wanted to hear what you guys thought about what I was told..

Day #23:

Early PM Cardio:

StairMaster; Fat burning mode; level 9; 60 minutes

- I took a 600mg dosage of RK/EGCG prior to hitting the gym, and I definitely got a burning sensation in my gut. I was sweating like crazy, and burned over 900 calories total. Very happy with my ability to complete the 60 minutes, because they seemed eternal and never ending. Even more so, I'm happy I am no longer having to rely on stims of different sorts to get me going on the cardio machines. I'm hoping the RK/EGCG will yield their potential results even alongside of NO2/CEE.

* I'll be opening another log as soon as I've showered and eaten ..
 
i will be following for the CE2. I have seen this, but i want to see if it is all the hype it is made to be. its expensive for a creatine

I second that one ! Uber-expensive ! And like I said, per 2 caps serving (out of 180 caps), you only get 1,400mg CEE, 200mg BA, and 200 mg RK... I'm thinking my homemade batch will be a bit more cost-efficient ! lol

[The term 'Meal' is used rather lightly I'd say, but you know where I'm going with this.]

- Normally, I wake up between 8 and 9AM, which will begin again tomorrow. I had a long night last night, and found myself sleeping in way too long. This being the reason for why I've only gotten two meals in.

I'll be having one scoop of ON Whey at around 6.00PM, then hit the gym at 7.00PM; both weights and cardio.

It looks like I'll be on schedule with my protein intake, however. I've got a protein shake immidiately following my workout, a chicken/veggies dinner 45 minutes following, and a chicken/veggies meal or egg white ommelette w/cheese prior to hitting the sack.

Wide-grip Pulldowns - (100 * 30) 160 * 25, 200 * 20, 200 * 20
Incline Two-arm DB Rows - (40 * 20) 50 * 20, 60 * 20, 70 * 20

Hammer One-arm Low Rows - 115 * 20, 115 * 20, 115 * 20
Wide-grip Machine Pulldowns - 110 * 25, 120 * 20, 130 * 20

'U-grip' Floor Laying Rows - 150 * 30, 200 * 30, 245 * 30
- grab the 'U-grip', use a high pulley attachment, connect the U-grip, lay down on the floor, hold your torse down on the floor by holding feet on a plateau above you (when laying down), and do the same movement as the 'Seated Cable Rows' opts for. Basically, a on-the-floor version of seated cable rows, but they just feel different .. in a good way !

Dumbbell Shrugs - 150 * 30, 150 * 30, 150 * 30


Cardio:

StairMaster; Fat-burning Mode; 20 minutes; Level 10; 325 calories

- I'm loving my stamina and endurance ! I'm back, and it's gooooood ! High reps are now my calling, and I crank them out as if it was feather weights. I do 20-rep sets with weights people struggle to do 10 with, and my confidence keep growing at the gym! I'm not done until I'm down to my old shredded self, and to get there, I need cardio, and lots of it! I almost left the gym prior to cardio because of an upset stomach, but I gutted up, and did my 20 minutes, which will turn in to 25 minutes, then 30 minutes, then beyond (I've just got a feeling that that'll be how it goes ..). Once 20 minutes was up, I was definitely ready for more - energy wise - but I had to get to the porcelain, too ..

Overall, a A+ workout, where the veins are starting to look like snakes down my arms, and the sheer volume of my upper torse shadows the people on the stations next to me..

Hahaha, that's hilarious. I saw the movie last night on TBS, and it never fails to set a lasting impression on ya. You just need 2-3 years in between every time you see it, and it's almost as good as new ! LOL..

Thats really saying something considering some of the ridiculous cardio routines you've posted up bud.

Now if you could just wipe your face off with a shirt and leave a smiling face on the shirt and say Sh*t Happens! Maybe all that cardio could make you rich too (definitely a classic part of the movie) and it would be even more worthwhile...:toofunny:

Feeling a lil sore, been stretching alot, so I think that has helped not to be as sore... Definately feels great though overall, and chest is still looking pretty volumized

My arms are feeling more volumized throughout the day. 40 hours in on no carb, and lots of cardio and high rep training sessions, and I've lost 5 lbs of water. I'm skipping out of the gym today, but I'll be going on another run or two tonight. I want my fine tuned lines back ! ;)

Lol, I don't really know what I'm doing here.. I'm using a cutting diet, lots of cardio, and high reps, alongside a solid supplement stack, so we'll see where this one goes ! haha ..

I got my hands on a bottle of SteelEdge, and I am seriously considering dropping the Vasocharge and give SteelEdge a run. IXL and IntraBolic worked wonders for me with their B.A/BCAA magic potion (you remember how those days were, Texas, lol), and made cardio and training 'a breeze' even when dieting with no carbs. I'm thinking the SteelEdge could be of help in my arsenal, as I will be feeling the impact of the withdrawal of carbs from my diet after such a long time. And

To be honest, today was supposed to be an OFF day from the weights, and just another run later on.. I am, however, strongly considering hitting a short and sweet bicep/tricep superset workout, followed by some abs/calves and cardio .. With the extra 'oomphh' given to me by the SteelEdge. I am too impatient to wait to try out such a potion ..

Keep the diet in tack bro as you don't want to get lazy and have to start over once you get back going.

I'll see what I can do about upping my cardio just for you Volcom. I'm not really cutting, but a little extra cardio never hurt anyone. Now don't think I'll be able to keep up with you and Norwegian, but I'll see what I can do for you bro! You just get your ass better!

I'm getting together with the local monster from my gym tomorrow night just to discuss training methods, nutrition, etc. I just love finding someone that finds bodybuilding and everything associated with it as interesting as I do and he certainly will be able to teach me a thing or two. He's probably 6'2" 240 lb and looks like he's about three or four weeks out from a show. He can't be more than 5% bodyfat. His vascularity is sick.

And it's definitely raining here at the moment ;) A fellow supplement website had a blowout on NO2 (by MRI), so I picked up 7 of them. Two for one of my buds, and then i traded a third bottle for the Steel Edge. My buddy (txmngt on am.com) got lucky at the AEN.com forum, and picked up some 'damaged' goods that were discounted.

So let it rain ! ;)
 
yeah man im lookin at checkin out steel edge. i actually just got some intrabolic and have some IntraXcell layin around. BOY do i LOVE that combo haha. AEN products are amazing from both our experiences. let me know what you think of it man.

I love me some scrimps. Depending on how much mannerism your dog has, a walk in park could be a 100 reps rope rows, compiled with a constant, static back extension workout. At least with my dog, he drags until he's breathing like a fat chick in a club because he's pulling so tight.

Man I have been on a slight seafood craze lately myself. Lot's of flounder and shrimp. Actually had 50 grams of protein worth of shrimp tonight for dinner :food:
 
i get sick of seafood real quick. i had talapia tonight which was nice. but other than that and the ocasional flounder/fish shrimp type thing i cant handle too much. ironically i hold a texas state record for fishing haha

That sucks man. I could eat seafood for every meal of the day if I could afford it and afford to switch it up enough that I didn't get burnt out on one or two things. Sushi is definitely my favorite cheat meal!!! Damn I love me some sushi!!!

But I will never substitute my steak for fish.. Steak is (more often than not) more economical, as well as more nutritional compared to fish. I guess I'm focusing mainly on the 'more economical' part. No way will I be able to afford Salmon @ $3.99-5.99 per 6 oz. serving .. No, sir're !

I agree. Sushi is the awesome and isn't even that bad of a meal (diet wise). If I could only limit how much I ate that is.

Yea I don't understand how people can include salmon as a staple food in their diets. I love salmon, but I couldn't afford to eat once or more everyday of the week. I guess it's because we're poor college students.

It's all in the family. Actually, with my current slip disc injury you could probably bully me out of my wallet and little GNC pill box with 2 DCP, 1 AP, 1 Pslin in it that I carry around for those emergency situations. Flat tire sire? I got DCP right here.

I've heard of that question before, and it was never answered definitively. TRUE STORY. At my girlfriends B-day party, her family and friends were over and what was on the menu? PIZZA, so I downed my AP/Pslin in what I thought would be timed just right for dinner. 60 min later still no sign of eating, so I downed a second whole helping (went to my car with my backpack full of supps, I don't go anywhere without it) and took AP/Pslin again. Nothing bad happened, no upset stomach, so as far as that aspect its okay. As far as extended benefits, I'm not sure.

On the surface it makes logistical sense, but I believe it was a 50/50 response between customers saying, "i do that" and reps saying "dont do that"

First dates, burgers, fries, whatever. Second date, just the steak, no potato. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS ON THE THIRD DATE. Chicken Salad, dressing on the side no croutons.
