Nootropic: Phenylpiracetam vs Noopept

Wanting to pick up one of them.

Trying to enhance memory, and retain new information.

Any idea on which is better of the two? (through personal experience or other)

I've read as many forums on these two as I can stand and there seems to be generally more people logging Noopept than Phenylpiracetam. I've seen lots of positive logs for Noopept, a mixed reviews on the other.

I have some Noopept and may log it in a few weeks.

What significant difference made you prefer noopept?

And, dosing wise, empty stomach or with food?

10mg twice a day solo, stacked?

Phenylpiracetam was very hit or miss in my use, and it isn't really cost-feasible. A month on noopept really seemed to promote visual clarity of memory. I use both with Focus XT
