Mine would be, I took a PH at 17 off and on with no cycle support or knowledge about it. Glad I only took them for a few days. It was still a dumb move on my part

Well, I have two that come to mind:
1) Thought for a long time that deadlifts (not stiff-leg), were truly a back exercise, that is until i really learned about them, LOL.
2) Thought that ephedra-free xenadrine would be just as badass as the original! (double-lol).

took oxodrol-12(SD copycat 12.5mg)at 2 caps a day for 5 weeks when i was 20, no pct, larthargy was ridiculous, i thought i was depressed cause i could barely get out of bed lmfao

Arm day, off day, chest day, off day, arm day, two off days, repeat.
lol

I would say training the same muscles too much...

Every other day being an upper body day and hitting BIs some what every time I set foot in the gym... damn I was dumb... Oh and skipping shoulders...

It was always BIs Tris & Chest....

not working on legs just as hard as my arms and chest!

We worked12 sets of bench to failure, and did negatives every set. 6sets of curls. We did this workout 3 days a week. This was the only workout we did for 8 mos.
