I dont know if you read the log or not, but i really noticed shift at 4caps/day. Erase is very unique to the user in that some people get negative sides at different doses. I found 3 caps to be the sweet spot for Erase.

I notice shift when I am working out at 3 caps a day. Ive been using erase at 2/day and having some joint issues, but I may have had a lower estrogen before use. I may up the dose of shift to 4 caps/day but I've been using it as a lean bulk aid, not for a cut

If you're having joint issues with Erase at two caps a day, drop your dosage to only one cap a day (dosed first thing) and see how it goes.

Rosie, I am planning on doing that but I have Ghenerate too and since ive been running a new bottle my joints have felt better

Hmmmm. Just see how it goes and if the issue persists, drop back to one cap daily of Erase.
