Non-sponsored Superdrol log

I don't know if anyone has ever heard of this "adonis golden ratio". I just now realized I almost have it perfectly down to the exact decimal. I measured in at a 32.5" relaxed waist with a 52.625" shoulder measurement.
 
Here is a picture. Definitely getting more slim, but not quite there yet.

It's the gym I go to. It looks really crappy, but it's actually probably the most hardcore gym around for a good 50 miles.
 
Hmm.. The cycle is almost over. Only have a few days left. I was thinking, since this was relatively short and my cholesterol and blood pressure are immaculate, do you think it would be okay, or I guess I should ask, do you think it wouldn't **** me up if I "bridged" this cycle with the stuff I have saved for my next cycle? I figure since I already have it on hand, what's another 4 weeks? Ha. Only difference is these are different ph's.

Trenevar and m-sten.. Ha. I planned on running them at 80-20 for four weeks my next cycle. I see others doing 8-12 week cycles, this one was only 5 weeks, so that's what made me think of just adding this one and be done with ph's for awhile. I don't see how it would really be bad, considering I'm in pretty good health atm, but I'm not the most knowledgeable on this stuff and don't know if there is some whacky rule of thumb that says this is a no no.

I actually live in a pretty good sized area and in our town, we actually only have 3 gyms (the one I go to that is great just doesn't have facilities beyond the training equipment, track, etc.), one similar to a YMCA that has a gym, pool, etc. but is really outdated an overpriced, and Planet Fitness...which hardly qualifies as a gym lol. There are a few Crossfit gyms/boxes/whatever that have popped up recently, but that's it. Now if you head 40 minutes away there are more, but it's not worth it IMO.
 
Well, 2 more days left. So far I average 188lbs through the day (186 morning, 190 at night). So that is a definitely a nice difference. My waist is also down to 32.5". Also a nice difference. Using the same caliper as before it says I'm at 8.8%. Honestly, when I look at the vascularity in my arms and legs, I feel like I'd be 8.8%. My chest definitely looks like pecs and not tits. My back looks thick, wide, and defined. Yet, since I let myself go so bad I still have yet to lose that lower belly fat. I'm at about 14mm fat on my belly. Which isn't bad, especially not to the average person. I really would like to get that down to about 8-9 though. I just really don't want to spend any more money on the dang cycle. Lol! So I'm going to drop the calories even less often and in even smaller increments because without the supps, I'm sure I'll end up losing some strength compared to how it's going now.
 
I did set a new pr on bench yesterday. Put up 295 for 6. I couldn't even do that when I was up to 200lbs. It is really tempting. I know a store in eau claire (the next populated city) has a suppz store and they carry all of hi-techs stuff. Might pick up more so I can keep making gains while cutting.
 
Didn't necessarily set a new pr on deadlifts, but I did something I've never done before and pulled 455x4 yesterday also.

Although I do know someone who apparently sells legit superdrol. I was going to wait a few cycles before I tried it, but they have a lot good reviews from people I know. It's just no one I know has tried their superdrol. It's $45 for 10x100. The manufacturer is global anabolics. Even if it's bunk I figures what is $45? Lol. Not like I'd be spending $200 on baking soda.
 
Well, just finished the original cycle. The cut went mostly successful. I was really hoping to maybe lose a couple more pounds of pure fat, but in the end it's whatever. Ha. I have been getting some compliments from people saying I look bigger/solid. I took measurements today, everything is still roughly the same. My chest is 48", shoulders are 53.5", arms are down to 15.875" now, waist is at 32.25".

I would say my waist is definitely the best thing. The cut definitely went well, maintained muscle and strength while simultaneously losing fat. Ending weight 190.6
 
comments from other people, all major muscle measurements remained the same, and your waist got way smaller...a cut doesn't get much more successful than that!

Well, this thread has now turned into, "stupid ****ing 23 year old dumbass doing a stupid ****ing cycle". Ha. Truth hurts, but I did I guess you would say "bridge" my cycle. I am now at 80/20/75 trenavar/msten/tr3st. Planning on running this for another 7 weeks. I'm a week in on trenavar and msten, don't get tr3st until wednesday. So far the only changes are I've SIGNIFICANTLY dried out. The veins are popping out like crazy. Plus I get "pumped" very easy. Which is both good and bad I guess. The good is its made arms in the gym fun. Lol. The bad is I have a physical labor job and my lower back has been getting really pumped and tight. I've been having to stretch a lot. Thinking about POSSIBLY getting some taurine. Depends on if the lower back gets worse or stays the same.

When I ran msten I had bad back pumps. It's so cheap man grab some SNS powder. Better to have it on hand and not need it.
 
Very true. I actually went to the supps store after work the other day and asked for some taurine and the guy started asking me 1,000 questions on why I would possibly need taurine so I got sketched out and left. Lol
 
I use 5g taurine intra workout anyway. Good regular use supp.

That guy sounds like an idiot. Taurine is pretty common and has several uses, haha.
 
I guess looking back at it, it's kind of stupid to be sketched out because if I hopefully put on 10lbs of lean mass in the 8 week cycle, everyone will know I used something anyways... Ha.
 
Just got some arimidex in preperation of the tr3st. Also got cel cycle assist, and taurine.

Last night the cramps were really getting bad.. Ha. One thing that has really been blowing my mind is I was cutting and at the beginning of the cycle I was at 320 carbs weighing about 190lbs and had a pretty decent 4 pack. I started this with the intentions of bulking. I've since inreased to 450 carbs and my waist is still tightening up and my veins are popping out WAY more. This is only 1 week in also, so can't really complain about that.
 
I've been having a really big lack of motivation and aggressiveness in the gym the last few days. I associated that with being shut down from the last compounds and these having not kicked in yet. Well today I absolutely smashed the squats. 345x8 atg. I feel phenomenal right now.

Thanks! I would day at the current dose all negative side effects have subsided. My blood pressure is back to a decent range. My energy levels and strength are great. Vascularity just keeps getting better, looking full, yet dry. Which is an awesome combo! Ha. I'd say everything is pretty good, I'm loving those skin tearing pumps!

I've been trying to go by the mirror because I knew if I went by the scale the weight fluctuations would mess with my head. Well I've been feeling pretty good, I don't look anymore fat, and I feel as if I'm a little more filled out, yet more dense looking and not just puffy and soft like a bloated up tick.

So I measured my waist yesterday and relaxed it's at 32", which I obviously won't complain about. Ha. Especially for being someone with as thick of hips as I have, it really helps accentuate my V-Taper without having that comic book character look where they have jacked upper bodies, but apparently the designers forgot the glutes and thighs. Lol. Looks like one good leg kick and that superhero would be in the hospital! Ha.

So getting back to something that is relevant, with my waist being 32" relaxed I thought, maybe I still haven't gained any weight? So I hopped on the scaled and I was 199.2. Lol. So that's 10lbs in the last two weeks. Also can't complain about that.
 
Just a couple years ago... rocking those 12" arms! Lol. 138lbs of skin and bone.. it's crazy to think only a couple years later I'm just about to break the 200lbs mark, especially at a respectable bf%.
