I think over the 4 meets I've done 7/9 is my average. Never had a perfect meet, now that I think about it lol

Oh yea, 9/9 is tough. The only reason I say 6/9 is good bc it shows good planning and great knowledge of what you can do. We are after a total, so I would think it is in our best interest to avoid 2nd attempts that are unlikely.

Gonna do a strongman show May 16th, this time not neglecting my sumo and squat. Then goal is October Powerlifting at SJSU, either raw total 550/300/675 or wrapped 585/300/675.

Just a timing or feel issue from training in gear. A few weeks of raw stuff and it will come back. I know them feels all too well.

The only energy drink I like is the white monster ultra zeros. All the other ones taste like crap to me.

This is the Rockstar Ultra Zero, better than the Monster IMO. The Monster Rehabs taste great too.

That's the best one for me too, as well as the rockstar version. Better in styrofoam over ice too, for that matter - very cold is the way to drink em as sweet as they are.

How was Craze 2?

Good. Focus is good but I notice a sense of alertness most, exactly what OG Craze did for me. Pump and fullness but nothing painful. I'll post a full review after a few more workouts.

Digging the new Craze, provides good alertness like the usual (notice sense of being alert over typical focus), good energy, and a solid fullness/vascular.
 
Don't take this as criticism, but why all the heavy singles right now? Are you getting ready for something or you just hate volume (more than the rest of us, which is a lot)?

Just playing around with frequency and intensity, last two weeks had been more volume and reps, so hit some heavy singles to change things up.

They both grab a short stick and try to either pull the stick out of your opponent's hands or pull them over to your side. YouTube it! One of my training partners down south is world-level at it, she has a grip like a silverback. Looks fun, also looks absolutely brutal on the whole body.

Every time I see it, The competitors are big as shyt! I also just found out that Danielle has caused an epidemic of hamstring tears amongst her competition.
 
There's a ****load of technique to it, and a lot of positioning. Pretty sore but not dead. One round was like a 60 second grind against a bigger kid, I could feel my lower back tearing apart through the last 30 seconds and let him have it. Too broken for this sport.

Lol actually the first bench workout that didn't feel awful. But srsly just on mobile and editing is too hard, so I do all caps.

Thanks, my main work was practically close grip, might go back to my narrower comp grip for raw bench.
 
Really digging the Craze v2. With each workout, the effects have seemed to have gotten better (which I think some of the ingredients are supposed to do). Pump and fullness definitely even better, had a better workout, and great alertness/energy.

I've never tried HV, but I like PumpX3 a lot too. No caffeine there.
