Fun day! I'm going to have to do some C&P with the new axle bar we got at the gym. I prefer benching on it, though. A fat, hollow bar makes me look like I'm strong.

Remembered staggered grip is way easier, but need a heavier keg.
While it's on your belly, flip your under hand over, and then transition to the rack.
I had no problem doing that, I just couldn't pop it up to the rack off the belly. I finally got the last one by dipping, triple extending, then dipping to catch.
I'm just going to beast my grip strength and DOH clean it, lol.That sounds about right, the axle C+P is rough man. There really isn't a lot you can do to technique it better, find a way that works for you and practice the **** out of it.

Ah, makes sense now. I have the opposite problem, getting skinnier (206 this morning), leaning out though it seems.It's a very tongue in cheek article about being a big guy. He states 27 reasons he loves being big, which are all really shytty things about being big.
