Nolva advice

For my pct i'm going to run Nolva at 40/40/20/20. Should i split the forty into two doses or take it all at once, and when is the best time to take it?

No need to split the dose as the half-life for nolva is 5-7 days. Some people take it in the morning, but from my readings most seem to dose it at night. Your call.
