No more free shipping on Sucralose

Sucralose by itself will now cost $5 to ship.

We have sent out 7 of them by themselves and we have had 4 customers tell us it never arrived.

Twice this was reported by the same customer after we resent the order via first class mail.

For this reason if you order sucralose by itself shipping will be $5 and come via Priority Mail with delivery confimation.

Wow, that's not a very good success rate. Oddly enough mine made it through just fine the first time, and I'm located in Canada. Go figure.
 
so if i order this again and pay the shipping cost, it should arrive, right? oh god, i hope so. i really wanna try this stuff! pure sucralose was a genius idea btw

What is so strange is we send the $5 sample in the exact same sort of envelope the exact same way and out of over 100 not a single one goes missing.

We then send out 7 of the sucralose worth $20 and over half of them mysteriously get lost.

Guess the Post Office really likes our sucralose lol

Mine made it here fine as well. And im in canada too. Perhaps the post office likes little baggies containing small amount white powder in them?:twisted:
 
Well whatever the problem is I can guarentee it isn't due to AI's end. Anyone reading this thread needs to know the 99.999% order transaction success this company has but I guess you all probably know that already :)

I have strongly suspected the post office of not getting warrants before when people’s packages have "been broken and leaked". I wonder if what you may be seeing here is not a similar phenomenon where the "fine white powder" "spilled" and was tested. Only when it was found what it was no one is going to risk anything close to an admission to having violated federal law so..... (I am thinking that the only spills they seam to report are the ones they prosecute on, fancy that)

Don't know about that. I guess then I would wonder is how do they tell the envelope which contains the sucralose and the ones containing the $5 samples?

I Just rechecked and we have sent out in that same envelope over 250 envelopes and none have been lost.

We have sent out approximately 7 of the Sucralose by iteself or with samples in the same envelope and mysteriously 4 of them have disappeared.

Put both in the same envelope and hold them up to the light. If that doesn't work you can use infrared and polarized light, I have knowledge of them using both. If this sounds far fetched remember that the federal authorities have had test cases regarding the use of infrared to gain "probable cause" on pot growers. And sucrose is similar in structure to cocaine; it would look much the same on x-ray and infrared. (so would powder sugar for that matter)
 
normally though if drugs are suspected in the parcel they would see if a drug canine would hit on the box and then get a warrant. it also takes a federal search warrant to open us mail a state search warrant doesnt cut it.

which explains the number of "spills" they have with steroids. they want to bother with all that

on your webpage, sucralose still says free shipping. last time i ordered this there were problems and i think you cleared this up with new shipping which costs extra. if i try to order this again, will it arrive or is shipping the same as last time about a month ago?

Hey WBH,

If it is ordered by itself there is a shipping charge. If it is ordered with anything else there is no additional charge.

We now ship everything via USPS so we have a legit tracking number, unless it is to an APO, a PO box or another country.
