not so quick with saying some of those are bad, such as white rice, negligable fiber difference between brown and white rice and brown rice actually contains antinutrients making white rice a better choice imo. Also for the most part glycemic index is kinda b.s. if your eating mixed meals/Well obviously carbs like sweet potatoe, brown rice, pasta, oats...... Obviously stuff like chips, white bread , white rice, fried rice, crisps, chocolate are bad carbs.....Unless you think all carbs are good for you

What's all this gym talk about no carbs after 7pm. Carbs is still a recovery source isn't it, clean carbs obviously. Does anyone else stick to this regime???
