2 scoops. Powered thru the leg workout no problem. Weight felt heavier than usual though but I blame that on only sleeping 3 hours last night. Felt puffy and arthritic all day which is what happens when I don't sleep...

I would have left after legs were done but I have to tape out in the morning (body fat %) and wanted my abs to be as tight as possible then. Im like 20 lbs over my weight limit but it isnt like Im that fat, I just like to bodybuild and I dont really want to go back down to 180 any time soon. I just like the sound of 200. Has a nice ring to it. Ha...oh, also those first two sets are really more of a warmup then anything. its a pretty killer leg workout though, try it some day

200 sounds good :) But being cut like a mo fo might be better. I think I'm gunna eventualy try and cut my **** up since I'm not gunna beable to do 1-2 rep sets on squats nomore.

Well I weighed in. Came in at 13% bf and 193? Hmm I guess the scale at my gym is easily 6 pounds off. Looks like I need to get some new batteries for my home scale as well...

Hell Yeah! 13 is good, I want to be 8 when I get my back better, I've been eating like crap but when I'm a 100% or close its go time.

2 scoops Pre workout today! Again I felt like a meth head that's addicted to weights. I was all over the gym. Heart rate was kept elevated for the duration, not too high, and my weight session felt more like a cardio sesh. Love the fact I still have enough energy left for a really good AB sesh at the end of my workouts...

So being last day of pct did you notice any big strength or size drops?

I pretty much maintained what I had coming off cycle while losing about 4% BF. Strength went down a little but that's expected. I kept the same weight thru end of cycle to now so I probably put on a lb or two of lean mass while losing fat and water weight. It was a very successful pct.

The agmatine and stim factor of supp-d was a total win for pct though. The pumps were great along with some pretty wicked veinage that I hadn't had before starting supp-d and the focus for mind-muscle is fantastic. Plus the taste is just awesome!

And really? That's awesome idk if you were stim free for on cycle like most people suggest but if you were I'm glad you got the hook up with Supp-D! There's something about it I just can't put my finger on lol

I usually make my own preworkout with taurine, l-glutamine, BCAAs, and creatine. I had some ignite2 during cycle but tbh it tasted awful and I used it sparingly. So supp-d is a nice change and since the taste is good I like it for every workout these last two weeks but I'm almost out now :(

I liked Ignite2. Helped a ton with my Smolov and I'm doing a second run at it right now. Supp-D is way better in taste ill give you that but overall energy it's close. The intensity however has to go to Supp-D again. And D: look for our Sales broseph I know of a big one coming our way soon :)
 
This is almost my last workout with SUPP-D. I probably have enough left for 2 more workouts, Ive been mostly double scooping plus I hooked my wife up a few times. She likes it as well. Since I'm waiting for the pni comp to start next week I thought I'd try something new out this week and keep volume low and intensity high with an HST type workout that DreamWeaver hooked me up with. Took 1.5 scoops preworkout and went in excited and motivated. I also sweated up a storm, really good as a thermo!
