Taste is actually very good. It legitimately reminds me of a limeade from the store. Stim is on par with Craze for a while then it levels out and stays clean

Well I didn't do anything heavy today cuz I'm trying to let my lower back take a break from high loads. I went in not wanting to be there. Then I was super motivated. Then people kept getting in my way and trying to "work in" with me! It's like damn. No I won't share this equipment with you. I shouldn't have to share shyt if I'm not monopolizing the equipment for more than 5 minutes. GTFOH!!! All these New Years people haven't weeded themselves out yet...

I feel your pain. I was inclining 115's and when I tried putting the weight down some guy walked right in front of me. Like 5 inches in front of my bench. Told him to watch his feet and dropped them. The look on his face lmao

Lol! All the non-gym folk getting in the way. It's all good though. They live, they learn. Think: you were the same guy getting in the way at some point earlier in your lifting career. I find a few well intentioned but direct words do the trick. Sometimes it's hard not to be an azzhole though

I honestly couldn't let it down slowly especially with so little room, I would have like headbutted his crotch lmao.
Other than that I keep to myself, I know my patience/tolerance level and I'd rather be productive towards myself than criticizing others.

Yeah. I feel you. I'm always in and out. I don't really talk to anyone at my gym with the exception of a handful of people I've warmed up to over the years. There's still people in there that I've seen for years and have never introduced myself to. I don't go to the gym to meet and hang out. I can do that at home or with friends. When I'm at the gym I'm all business. I hate it when I'm being cordial and someone mistakes it for a desire for conversation. They're like "blah blah blah" and I'm like "ok then back to work!".....

That's where the earphones come in. I'm not even kidding sometimes I don't even have music playing (especially through rest periods I need to catch my breath) and I leave them on so Jimmy Newyears doesn't ask why I don't lift my legs when I bench lolol

So you could imagine how many new ppl are flocking at ours. I wanna knock some heads. Hope they take there ass's to the water for a bit. I tell ya today was my first time lifting and using swoll-n with the new Supp-d I must say its totaly diff than before and I don't feel no pain baby, except a little lol :)

I suppose I need to change gears to working out like 5am during the week from now on. Have to try going to sleep around 10pm. Hopefully this will fix my problem with personal space and a crowded gym. As much as I like to think the gym is there just for me I have to keep in mind it really not. Can't wait till I have enough savings to make my own gym!

Sorry guys nothing to report today. I'm tired as hell. Long day. No workout. Tomorrow is leg day though and I'm going to wear my belt this time so I don't fuk up my back. I LOVE LEG DAY!!!!!
 
I was supposed to squeeze in leg day perfectly before class but I forgot I had to turn in some research today plus write a speech. Now I'm just in a bad mood lol oh well
I feel you bro but I make it a purpose of mine to get em in no matter what. Wife, work, school, Marine Reserves, nothing holds me back. Not even sleep, hence why Im always so damn tired! Ha LOL

It never slows down friend. That's the most important thing I've learned in life, just keep at it

that's true, but things get replaced and sometimes those replacements are more fun. Still busy, but you never know what's around the corner!
