Day16/17 – Plyometrics/ Shoulders and Arms









Strength: Wow pushing much more weight in shoulders. For Alternating Shoulder Press and Deep Swimmer’s Press, on Day 1 I was doing 35lbs for 14reps and 10 reps respectively, I am now doing 45lbs for the same number of reps and higher. Same goes for Arms, I’ve increased by ~5-10 lbs in most exercises and maintaining same reps range.

Pump: Pump remains the same. Holding a daily “swole” look.

Endurance: I am now doing the “extreme way” of most exercises in Plyometrics in order to get the same intensity as I was on Day 1. My legs feel so good. Only my quads feel any amount of burn now. And like I said, the muscle replenishes itself so fast after you stop that it feels like something is being pumped into the muscle.

Libido: Slightly up…multiple daily performances a few times now.

Fat Loss: Abs are slowing down …it’s the initial flab that is easy…now it’s the hard stuff to get rid of.

Overall Feeling: Still sleeping like a baby. No complaints really. I feel good. I stay hydrated and the stuff kicks in ~1.5 hours after ingestion and I feel great during my morning workouts. Weighed in today and to my suprise I am up ~1.5lbs and leaner.

Day18/19/20 – Leg6/ Off/Chest, Shoulder and Triceps​









Strength: Legs still feeling strong. For upper body I mixed things up as planned and changed my routine to Phase 2. The amount and variety of the chest exercises in this routine is extremely fatiguing even considering you’re only using your bodyweight but I felt really good. It involves isometrics too and hits both slow and fast twitch.

Pump:. Like a lot of NO products the pump diminishes over time but I’m Still holding steady and responding as good as Day 1

Endurance: During the isometric portion again I felt the improved muscular endurance as compared to when I was running this before Xmas. I managed to exhaust myself to complete failure. I increased my time in wall squats too.

Libido: Normal

Fat Loss: Slower now….gotta tweek my diet a little more for the final 10 days.

Overall Feeling: Feel great. Weight is holding steady +1.5lbs. Keeping hydrated. Little more DOMS from the newer routine, obviously confusing the muscle with some new exercises, which is a good thing. The “clear-headedness” ~45min after dosing is not as strong as it was during the first week. I had to cut back on my normal amount of coffee in the AM...prior to this I had a black tea upon awakening and then 2 coffee....now it's just the one coffee and I'm satisfied because it effects me that much more. Sleep in still good.

I felt the same way after 2-3 weeks with Nitroceps....it was amazing to me that the "hardness" remained just as long as it initially did....even if the actual "pump" feeling wasn't as pronounced when lifting. Nice observations brotha man.
 
Day21/22/23 – Plyometrics/ Off/Back and Biceps​










Strength: Leveling off but easily maintaining.

Pump:. After I was done back and bis I could really see the thickness in my bicep when in the shower and it seemed flexing never made it any bigger or harder, twas really engorged. Back was tight with some fullness in my traps....that’s the one muscle on ym body that reacts the best to exercise. If I zoned in on them I’d look unsymmetrical.

Endurance: A lot of sweating during both routines. You could see my trail of sweat back and forth two spots in the weight room where I was exercising, it was funny. But my rest between exercise was practically zero…bring it on.

Libido: Normal

Fat Loss: Love handles are always a nuisance.

Overall Feeling: I made a mistake during my plyometrics and forgot to take the pills prior to starting because I had been sipping on an energy drink It was not till I got going that I said ah what the heck I’m half way done now and so I took the pills upon completion. Well 30mins after dosing I got crazy hypo…I needed sugar and I needed it fast. I was shaking in the hands but my heart was not racing….my blood sugar when down a lot. I am not diabetic. Anyhow I woofed down some toast, eggs and ham and shortly after I felt better but not 100%. I then downed some more simple sugar carbs and finally my body was satisfied a short time after…~5min. I could feel the carbs fueling my body. It was not an uncomfortable thing and nothing that I was really worrying over but I wonder what set it off and why. Any idea?

I am still feeling great and no negative sides other than the weird experience mentioned above.
 
Day24/25/26/27/28/29 –Off/Off/Chest, Shoulders and Triceps/Air Alert/Off/Volleyball











Strength: Strong and holding steady…slighter improvements now though….obviously because things have to level out sometime or I would eventually be undestructable..lol…but seriously, if one were to really monitor their reps and poundages from here on in, there is always gradual increases

Pump:
. All day fullness from the time I wake up. I still would say 25% of the pump that I’d get form a workout. I am definitely not as flat as day 1..the pics will show.

Endurance: I had a volleyball practice on day 21 that I forgot to mention but it went really well and I was jumping really high considering it was my first serious practice in sometime. My timing was a lil off but it came back tonight. However I switched my jump training since that day because I felt the “tear drop” muscle of my quad was really sore after practice and the next day. Obviously Plyo was not hitting it enough and I was really relying on it when jumping…so I did some research and I switched to a Jump Program: Air Alert. I did Air Alert yesterday and I felt great….my upper calves and tear drop were sore today....what I wanted. So just prior to practice today, I warmed up I went airborne!!!...and I had lungs galore!!!

Fat Loss: Getting better but slowly…pics will show progress.

Overall Feeling:
Well things are still going great. I apologize for the delay in updates over the last 6 days but I was away. Anyhow, it seemed I pulled what I call a “rib muscle” in my rear back on the left side late last week during volleyball and it really slowed me down…hence the couple of days off. My sleep was terrible because I could not roll over on my side…but with some rest for 2 days I was able to suck it up and get things going again.
So tomorrow is my last workout, Back and Biceps. I will take all post measurements, weight and pictures and hopefully post them by the evening or Thursday sometime. I will apologize now for the quality of the webcam but hopefully you’ll see my progress over the last 4 weeks.
 
im very sad to see this one end....such a great log in workout as well as details. Can't wait to see what the end result review/pics give us though :)
