I just completed three kings stack (ran it 56 days like schedule off diesel website). As always it was freakin awesome! Going take two weeks off since i ran a hardcore stack and three kings stacks back to back. My next run in two weeks is going to be like this:
Basics: Beverly International Super pak, 6 Twinlab Fish oil caps a day, 2 g additional C a day,1 serving Gingko biloba & Grapeseed extract daily, 300mg of alpha lipoic 6 times a day (every meal,Thanks Trip!)
Recovery/Protein: 20gs BCAAs preworkout, 3 Myofusion a day (between meals).
Three Kings: 3 DTH 3 DT2010 2 sunami 6 days a week for 8 weeks
Additional supps: R4W, DCP/Leviathan Reloaded, TD formestane (homebrew)
*Before anyone makes any comments I understand diet is paramount supplements are just that supplements meaning in addition too.
Workout plan of attack: 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off
Day 1- Chest, Bis, Abs
Day 2- Legs
Off
Day 3- Shoulders,Tris, Abs
Day 4- Back, Calves
Off
Off
Large Bodyparts= 10-12 sets Small Bodyparts= 8-10 sets
Rep Range= 8-12 Compound movements; 10-15 Isolation movements; Calves & Abs= 12-20
Cardio:20-30 mintues HIIT postworkout
Goal of all this is to get single digit BF. Currently 190 lbs 14%
* I haven't purchased the DCP/Leviathan yet cuz not sure if can take with R4W, but it is in my plan!
