I just completed three kings stack (ran it 56 days like schedule off diesel website). As always it was freakin awesome! Going take two weeks off since i ran a hardcore stack and three kings stacks back to back. My next run in two weeks is going to be like this:

Basics: Beverly International Super pak, 6 Twinlab Fish oil caps a day, 2 g additional C a day,1 serving Gingko biloba & Grapeseed extract daily, 300mg of alpha lipoic 6 times a day (every meal,Thanks Trip!)

Recovery/Protein: 20gs BCAAs preworkout, 3 Myofusion a day (between meals).

Three Kings: 3 DTH 3 DT2010 2 sunami 6 days a week for 8 weeks

Additional supps: R4W, DCP/Leviathan Reloaded, TD formestane (homebrew)

*Before anyone makes any comments I understand diet is paramount supplements are just that supplements meaning in addition too.

Workout plan of attack: 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off
Day 1- Chest, Bis, Abs
Day 2- Legs
Off
Day 3- Shoulders,Tris, Abs
Day 4- Back, Calves
Off
Off
Large Bodyparts= 10-12 sets Small Bodyparts= 8-10 sets
Rep Range= 8-12 Compound movements; 10-15 Isolation movements; Calves & Abs= 12-20

Cardio:20-30 mintues HIIT postworkout

Goal of all this is to get single digit BF. Currently 190 lbs 14%

* I haven't purchased the DCP/Leviathan yet cuz not sure if can take with R4W, but it is in my plan!
 
Little nervous about the formestane. Finding the right dosage. Just wanna lower estro never want anilate it again (that sucked lol). Also little uneasy about my first homebrew.

I would just wait on DIESEL TEST Procycle. It has ATD and a crap load of DIM, more than in DTH.

My homebrew didnt mix that well, even though I cooked it and what-not it all fell to the bottom when I mixed it. I think a mix of the DTP and a little form here and there may be the best case sererio. They work differently as atd blocks the estro receptor site, and formestane blocks the enzyme aromatase.
 
What you think of some before and after pics and a kinda mini log? I really tightened the screws on my diet it is looking something like this 40% protein 30% carbs and 30%fat. That is amounting too about 30gs of carbs, 40gs protein and 10gs fat every meal x 6 meals a day. Plus 25gs of BCAAs every morning before fasted training.
 
Started stack today

This is the stack I am going to run. I switched out the planned formetane for the Arom-x. I wasn't real impressed with the hombrew I made, so with all the buzz about ATD thought I would give Arom-x a shot.
My dosing is like this:

Pre WO- 3 R4W + 1 Scoop Level One Ether

3 DTH, 3 DT2010, 2 Sunami

1 Cap of Arom-x with every 3 kings dose (3 caps daily= 15mg ATD) going to dose like this 5 days on 2 days off.

2 DCP 3 x day + 2 Levithan Relaoded in afternoon *only one dose in afternoon because I train in morning and take R4W then.

Day 1

Changed my planned routine a little did chest, bis, & abs this morning. Followed by some HIIT on the treadmeill. Doing fasted training while sipping on 6 scoops of xtend. After training this morning I took some photos to show you guys where I am starting from.

Good stuff bro! Log is going to be good because you def seem into it. I would run it the way you have planed and see where that takes you bro. Pics are always good too, cause they help you see your hard work over time. Good luck man.

Thats def key to protect muscle during fasted cardio/ training.
 
Day 7 / Overview of the week

I changed my Three Kings dosage. I ran it like this DTH/2010 2/1 ; 2/1 kept sunami 1/1. Orginally I was dosing 1/1/1 but that two to start out with really gets it in your system plus i train a little after 5 a.m. so it really gets me going with 3 R4W + a scoop of NOS Ether. I need to reiterate again R4W + NOS Ether = insane workouts! I have felt great this week though very hungry but I guess that is part of tightening up the screws on your diet.

Felt very strong through workouts the entire week. Recoverying fast. Energy high thorughout the day drops off early eveing bout 2-3 hours before bed get very tired. Libido kinda down, but alot of supps to put into system at once may take a lil time for hypothalmus to adjust plus the caloric difference could be a factor ( I am used to eating everything that doesnt eat me). Aggression is pretty high around training time (I really feel like attacking the weights) but overall great mood rest of day.

First off I want to say my workouts are just pure rage. I think the R4W is kicking in hard. I have really noticed my recovery this week. My bodyweight has dropped from 198 in those pics to 193 as of today. My strength has increase some as well it seems, which I look at the small things like increase 1 rep or 2.5 lbs as real good improvement. Libido is soaring again! I really like running ATD with 3 Kings. Here I will share my last two days or training from my workout log: (again I am just full of intensity this week)

30 minutes HIIT on treadmill
*I think intensity fell because I ran through the first part like a mad-man. Then my gym doesnt open till 11 am on Saturday, I typically workout at 5:30 am. So I got up at 7 am and waited for hours ate very little to try to stay at least semi-fasted for my training (I won't do that again!)

**This week I really am feeling the R4W! The training intensity is way up. The rest of the porducts as well are really kicking in nicely, the alpha-male mentality and elevated mood is definitely there as well as plenty of focus.

Oh yea checked the scale this morning 190lbs!

This weeks info!

This week was kinda crappy but you'll have that. My air conditioner broke the first three days of the week so my house was like 86 degrees for a few days and i work outside too (has been 85-90) so I think the heat kinda got to me. I just felt weaker I kinda tired all week, but again it could just be getting good to! My body maybe turning to fat burning mode from the reduced calories and the better constant supply of macronutrients throughout the day. But anyways this is what the week looked liked:

Looks good bud!! With that kinda heat, make sure your staying hydrated!!

Its a known fact heat increases perfusion, and thermo effects. Yea fluids are a must no doubt! Its like fall already in new hampshire, only a hand full of nice days......blows.:worried:

Well it has been a long week with some slip ups on the ole diet, but that happens. Just dusting my self off and going on! Also thinking of changing my routine up. I am considering one of two options for myself.
Option 1-
Workout A- Chest,Shoulders, & Tris
Workout B- Back,Bis

Workout C- Legs & Abs
Repeat

*Cardio HIIT style after each workout 20-30 minutes

Option 2-

While they are modified to only 4 days a compared to the traditional 6 those guys trained, I think we have learned more about recovery these days. Though I love the classic look those guys had. Very lean,ripped and symetrical. Option 1 was the split Lee Labrada used one of my all time favorites and the second split was the type split Arnold used (of course my most favorite of all), but again both modfied to 4 days a week. I am leaning towards option #2, but still unsure.

I never do the same workout for very long without changing it all up. Thats just me I guess, I need to keep it progressive or I get bored. Just like with women I guess hahahaha. Chest and shoulders on the same day is a sh*tload of presses, but if it doesnt kill you it makes you stronger!!! I say try it and see what happens.
 
Personally, I'd try out the one your liking the most, and see if the results are there. Being in the mood by liking a routine is not to be overlooked. Good luck!!
 
Gave it a whirl!

Well I ended up giving option #2 a whirl. This is what it looked like:
Chest, Back & Abs
Incline Db Press S/S One Db. Rows 3 sets of 12 reps w/ 60s,65s
Flat Db. Press S/S Low Pulley Rows 3 sets of 12 reps w/ 60s,120lbs
Dips S/S Lat Pulldowns 3 sets of 12 reps w/ bdw, 120lbs
Crunches S/S Hanging Leg Raises 12 reps
HIIT on Arc Trainer 20 minutes

Workout felt pretty good. Everything was supersetted, being opposing muscle groups it seemed like by the time I got back around to first exercise I was recovered was in n out of gym really quick. I don't know I still kinda like my old routine better of Day 1- Chest/Tris Day 2-Legs Off Day 3-Back, Bis,
Day 4- Shoulders, Calves. But maybe Weider just has us all brainwashed lol. Cuz that seems to be all i see in the magazines is that split, my gym has the necessary equipment but no training support, besides the owner who won a contest in early seventies and nothing has changed in his mind about training or supplementing ever since lol. So all I have is what I read. I am not really discouraged with my training more so the info available to me in my area, I live in BFE. I will keep researching! I will figure it out what is for MY goals, that is another thing that seems to happen when u read or ask advice that people give you what is specific to their agenda, which is usually mass or heavy poundages which neither are my goals, rather I want to look like a bodybuilder in a can lol!

I love the new NOS Ether! But I love NOS Ether stacked with R4W even better. I don't think any pre-workout supplement out there can touch this stack it is insane!

Man seriously when customers invest that much in my line, it makes me keep working hard on good products esp. in times like now when DTH is behind like 45 days and its pissing me off thinking do I really want to be in this stressful industry.
 
increase insulin sensitivity?

I am confused so badly about what supps to use to increase insulin sensitivity. The more I read the less it makes sense lol! I am up in the air whether to use alpha lopic acid, banaba or yellow gold. Or both banaba and yellow gold. I would just like that extra increase in insulin sensitivty to drop more bodyfat and better pumps.Also to increase nutrient partioning. But I am getting all my ducks in a row got the workout I like and diet in check I think this might be the final icing on the cake if i can figure out which one is best for what I am wanting!

Those will give "muscle hardness" with carbs at over 40mg at a time and with or 40mg of protein, or 5-10g bcaa's versus "NO pumps" which is swelling. Its hard to get an insulin pump while cutting.

So like 100mg of banaba @ 6% corsolic acid = 6mg? That 5-6 times a day to equal my 24-30mg/day? Like 20-30 minutes before meals?
 
I dosed the banaba I have today. The smallest measuring utnesil I have is 1/8 tsp that supposed to be 200mg. But the banaba I have is 20% corsoic acid so it seems pretty strong I eat 15-mintues afterwards. I did this 3 times today. felt somewhat of a burst of energy after I ate.

20%, i have to check my raw material paperwork. 200mg is 2 much. More isnt better and it wont work better neither.

I received my DTH shipment today! I have already taken 4! Wow is all I can say! My arms are already pumped sitting here! Can't wait to train with it!

Im ordering some DTHC/Sunami today! (just got paid)
I know I wont be disappointed as I havent read 1 bad review, which is practically unheard of, Even freaking hormonals (like Epi) sometimes get back reviews from tards who dont eat right while on or dont know how to train
