My iced tea review : I waited a few days because I wanted to give it an honest go

10oz water -9.5/10
12oz water-10/10
14oz water- 7/10
16oz water-6/10

As you use more water, the flavor gets less and less and doesn't not hold up well and has a weird after taste for me. I love love iced tea and this is best at low amounts of water. If you keep it in the lower amounts the flavoring and aftertaste is exactly like Lipton iced tea. Absolutely nailed it.

Gym and recovery- I have not lifted since I tore my rotar cuff so take this with a grain of salt. I have not noticed anything really because I am so sore from lifting this past week. It may be because I have taken 3 months off. Hopefully it will improve as I continue to use preworkout. I'm running the Dan John 40 day workout right now and not ph3 from layne like I have been in the past. Thanks pes for making and iced tea flavor it's fantastic at low water levels!

Damn man rotator cuff issues? Had a family member who had surgery to repair theirs and they have had a slow recovery. Hope it is healing up for you.

yea I did it on halloween day restraining a student, i shouldn't have even been there i was so mad I came in for overtime. I'm a teacher and i dont even have to work on the weekend

Thank you for viewing my proposal lolol but seriously after experimenting with the levels that was my optimal levels for flavoring ! It's amazing at low levels the hint of lemon at the end of the sip !!! Wow

I just had to get a new shaker cup and the new one is 16 oz compared with the 22oz I had before. I have to say the flavor profiles across the board on alphamine, ergonine, and high volume are much improved. Any more and I would say it would be too sweet. 16oz seems to be perfect for me

Everybody seems to have their preference for flavor intensities. I know I had to play around with concentrations when I first started combining more than one.

I remember doing 2 scoops RL in 4 oz once and yaaaa. Tart. Lol.

But experimenting is fun with these for sure

2 scoops in 4 oz would make anyone pucker I think. 2 scoops in 16 oz tastes pretty good but it's sweet enough to cause my throat to get scratchy.

Plenty of times I used the 1 scoop straight to the mouth with a splash of water to chase. Wow did it hit quick!
 
Suggestions needed. I am looking to cut while keeping muscle or even putting on lean muscle. Should I go with alphamine? If so, use it as a preworkout or take it in the morning? Finally, what would you stack alongside?
 
I would suggest Alphamine, the added HICA makes it a perfect fit for helping keep muscle mass during your cut.

If I were to stack something, probably Ergonine

I like my Alphamine upon waking, if your workout is enough time away you could do both, but either way is effective.

If you did get both, I would separate dosing so the choline (in both) is spaced out
 
Thank you, with my athletic career being over in the next couple months, I want to try and keep my strength and size. I also want to try and get off this excess fat I don't need. I'm just trying to piece together the best stack possible

My joints are turning 40 next week, so this is great timing! The feedback so far has been great.
Mine are approaching 30 so I'm definitely looking forward to the release! :)

Ive used 4 caps per day for 3 moths, I did try to use 6 but no differences for me

Any caps above the 4 we recommend will likely see diminishing returns.
You already have the studied dose, more than that is not studied to get you "extra gains", not in a linear fashion (don't expect 150% effectiveness taking 1.5x the dose)

A lot of people have tried but most agree that 4 is optimal, between results and the hit to your wallet

Im stacking controlled labs black hole with the new Anabeta elite .... Everyone who knows me well thinks there's something wrong with me bc of the amount of food im currently eating and the types of foods as well.. Abelite is strong as hell on its own.. Throw an appetite stim on there.. Good lord.

You also got quite a stack on your hands you are blasting for 24 weeks not just ABE. Many people running ABE Solo wont be getting those kind of gains you are experiencing.

What your running is a pretty strong 24 week blast that will provide some epic gains in a timeframe!

Damn 180 to 240? That'd be insane. I started my run at 215 and I was just hoping to break 230 (at 221 now after 4 weeks). However my plans have slightly changed and I'm mostly going to be recomping for spring break so weight gain isn't my primary goal anymore.
