yep mate... uhmmmm maybe not "that sweet" but I was expecting something really not sweet since I had in mind "tea" so probably my mind gaming lol but then on the back of my tongue lasted a sweet taste and I wondered if they put aspartame in it and how much... lol
 
Sweetness will vary a good amount by the amount of water used too, so experiment to find that perfect amount for you :)

indeed, for example if I drink my nana with like 8oz --> NOWAYYYYY too much and the flavor is so strong that my tongue hurts! hahahah

Eh, ya I guess i could see that. It's not a "pure" unsweet tea flavor, i will give ya that.

So I've sampled all the ergonine flavors I ordered now. I gotta go with Nanaberry as my favorite, with the two new flavors close behind.

Hahahahah i must say guys, I take e9+hv and epro+ + in the morning and able elite 1,5 h before wo and I'm swallen as hell!!! Hahahhaha

Yea on week 3 of epro+ and leaning out dramatically despite having doubles my carb intake over the last 3 weeks... I call that a solid win.
Adding new Anabeta elite next week... Chill

Trust me, I know what you mean! I have added more than double of carbs and doesn't matter how much I eat, I'm getting leaner and leaner lol!
 
Ergonine iced tea review
We all know what Ergonine does performance wise so let's get to what everyone's really curious about...the new flavors

I only picked up iced tea bc I love nanaberry. But iced tea may be my new favorite. It tastes exactly like brisk iced tea to me. Tangy, not too bitter, not too sweet, not over powering. Extremely refreshing and light. The one thing about nanaberry that I sometimes don't like is that it can sit heavy on the palate and in the stomach. Iced tea goes down so smooth and light. I am gonna mix it tomorrow with some lemon line bcaa I have just to see how it compliments

How is the sweetness? Blue ice/frost? was so sweet it almost made me sick. I never mixed with more than 16 oz, though.

Blue frost (and flavorless) was the one flavor I didn't get. I think I should've. But I was more curious about the Nanaberry and the new flavors. Sweetness was manageable, although I mixed it in 32oz water so it was probably pretty watered down compared to what other people are used it. It was great for me to sip on though, I'm going to sip on the iced tea during my classes tomorrow and see how I like it this time.
 
Took my e9 this morning and forgot that I have to train tonight,can I take another dose later or not?

Yeah I havent tried it yet, MCC dosent either. I'm too fat to notice the bloating if there is any.
 
I chased the FedEx guy today and they handed my package to usps smh , see the usps guy ...run up on him he's like I didn't sort it yet.... I said I better have it tomorrow .....I need to get my life together lolol questioning usps packages lolol. I'm starting to regret only getting 1 IT now though.
 
Today I received my insider package of E9 (after a week transit) & could not wait to get into the Iced Tea. Today was my off day, so I decided to have half a scoop in 14 ounces of water over ice with dinner. After a few shakes, the powder dissolved completely & I took my first sip then another then another.

Initial reaction: I'VE BEEN HAD!!! There's no way a "supplement" should taste this damn good. It definitely tastes like a Lipton Lemon Iced Tea or Brisk Lemon Tea. Good job PES.

Final thoughts: The hard part now is deciding whether to take this as a pre-workout, intra, throughout the day or have it for dinner so I can savor the flavor. Decisions, decisions.

How do you guys plan on taking yours? It seems a shame to down it as a pre-workout because the taste is awesome.

So next month I'm going to be starting an 8 week run of ABE to close out my bulk. After that is complete I will be starting my cut. Not really trying to lose weight per say as I still have definition. Just looking to get a more defined/shredded look. Should I go with Alphamine or Erase Pro + ??

For the cut? Alphamine IMO.
Dieting is just easier when appetite is held at bay, and you have that nice energy/mood boost.

Just tried the iced tea- coming from a southern guy.. It's my new favorite- killed it PES!

I was skeptical- but I should have just bought 6 IT

Arrived last night. Looks like PES/USPS is back to their speedy shipping after the tough holiday season. Sucks that I can't taste/review the new flavours for a couple of months, and they will be old news by then. Iced Tea especially is sounding like a HIT!

I'm going to be reviewing E9 and GenoFlex in the log thread I'll be putting up, so anyone looking for that and other honest/un-biased reviews, check it out when it's up.

I wasn't expecting it to be as sweet as it was, totally unexpected and completely un-whey-like if that makes sense. I have Gourmet Vanilla and Milk Chocolate too but holding off on cracking them open for a while.

Nana had always been so nana good man! It will take a lot for the new flavors to overcome that top spot!
 
I only have 1 iced tea and want to sample it so bad but I'm afraid it will top tropical twist and I'll be upset until I re up lol

OK just asking because a friend recommended erase pro +. Said he's been leaning out nicely like the other guys in here have been saying.
