Momentary break here to say that this (and any) OTC AI is not meant to be your sole defence while on a cycle or in PCT. based on your cycle and individual response to the AAS/SARM/etc. You should always be further prepared.

That said, use Epro+

It's everything I want in a PCT addition. It's shown to effect the big two targets you want modulated in PCT, testosterone and cortisol.
It also should assist with E, to a degree (im just carefully saying that so no one blames me when high dose trest gives them gyno lol, be realistic)

It will also have benefits on fertility and sperm motility, honestly perfect in PCT.
I will be using it solo but I think PCT is somewhere people will love it as well.

There should be no difference. You get the studied dose of creatine by weight regardless.
In the event mono "bloats" you, this may be a superior option as well.
This is exactly what you need to get creatine's benefits.

How does it not?
Forskolin is to many of us the recomp ingredient. It has been shown to both increase LBM and decrease fat mass. It also carries hormonal benefits and is synergistic with many fat-burning and other products.

GUYS, Im in a budget right now and can only buy 4 supps...what whould you do in my scenario? 2 F-95 + 2 ZMA, 4 F95, 4 ZMA or 3 +1?

Run it in PCT and off cycle. I wouldn't stack with AAS

thank you for your answers guys...one last q, how much forskolin is in ABE?? should i go up to 100mg to get good results during a cut?
 
Will the 50mg of Forskolin in Shift be enough to see benefits or is 100mg the standard?
 
50 mg is studied effective, people on AM just loved the stuff so much that dosing was played with and people took up to 100+

Not necessary for results, but it is good to know that stacked forskolin products are a possibility as 100 can be tolerated by most.

ok im just about done with erase pro, one bottle. should i buy erase pro + and 2 bottles of f95 or get 4 bottles of f95? i cant do both, I have one more bottle of shift, alphamine, and i am running ec with it as well. im on a cut currently.

the erase pro really kicked in this past week, i only lost 2lbs but my shoulders and upper chest look much better now.

^Erase Pro has always been better over more time to me, if it's already being good to you I can't wait to hear/see after you run ErasePro+ to finish it off

I've inly used erase pro but I notice fullness all day, I stack it with shift and alphamine in the morning , so I sweat a bit, and in the gym I'm stacking like every machine in there it's very good.

Good deal. Definitely drop some feedback with us. Alphamine is an amazing ride. You will enjoy it. Very smart move on going 2 month run with the erase pro +. Erase pro always works strongest for me in the second month of use.

Being a SERM, should slight rebound be expected from the uncaria tormentosa?
 
^it is natural gentlemen, and perfectly safe.

This ingredient has also already been safely used for some time now, no worries.

Once upon a time It was tested in a breast cancer trial and had benefits/effects in common with SERMs.
This led to some people dropping the term "SERM" with regards to the ingredient but that tends to imply the "dark side" RC version, which this is absolutely not anything like.

I would not expect rebound either, nor have I seen it, or felt it myself.

Do you take the Erase Pro with food? I think I'm gonna do IF with Shift during the day and my EP when I break my fast at night.

I actually had some dick problems when I first did EP. It's powerful, so be careful and don't be afraid to dial it back to 1 dose every other day if you need to. I'm giving EP a shot solo again soon but if my old problems persist I'm gonna wait and do EP+ with ABE(or + if that is released).

Hahahhahha. I'm also like you, never did anything hormonal, so try starting off with 1 every other day and if you feel fine then dose every day?
