Weight is not a factor. The mirror is. Timeframe is not determined
Telling oneself a time or weight is just limiting them to the scale or a calendar, not their progress in the gym or their strength which are far more important like the mirror.
 
Got my blue frost through today with a note about a free gift included but nothing was included :( just my 2 tubs of hv...

No. I got them and loaded up. But the,stash is getting low. I let my boys taste the goodness of SD, and now it is disappearing way too fast!

Thanks for the warning, but it's too late! Every morning I watch a little more disappear on 2 bowls of rolled oats... I think I'm gonna cry.

My own smart idea to get them a healthy breakfast has backfired on me!
 
Day 5 of no SD shakes are getting really bad. These withdrawal symptoms suck. Can black Friday/cyber Monday/ come sooner?

Yeah. Definitely a dilemma I didn't want to face. But, as much as I love SD, I love my kids more. Not much more, but more.

The things I give up for my children...
