Same here. Snickerdoodle is the best. It took me awhile to warm up to CC but now it's pretty good! Recoveries after workout is also much faster compared to taking other proteins which is a nice bonus too!

Yesterday I got home from the hospital after a long fast and slammed a huge shake before crashing, to get some cals in

2 cups choc milk
2 1/2 scoops MC Select
4 tbsp natty PB
1 banana
Bunch of ice

Chocolate PB goodness

You can never go wrong with more PB! I use about 2 tubs of natty pb in a typical week.

2 tbsp/day will not go through tubs that fast

I think you are cheating and overloading these tablespoons

I use 1-2 tbsp daily of either PB or almond butter, my wife is the addict though. I don't know how she can devote so much of her calories (tracked) to PB, I would be starving

Na i use a measuring spoon so that I cant cheat ha. A tbsp for me used to be "how much can i get on this spoon without it falling on the floor"... had to cut that back.

And you're right its supposed to be 35 srv so I guess it lasts me closer to a month ha. I do have days where I eat more tho and the gf likes to binge as well so 3 weeks is prob a more realistic avg

Usually get my fats from Ground Turkey, Fishoils, Ground beef, whole eggs, or various trace sources in my diet. Do not use PB often TBH. And oil's like MCT/Coconut
