I'm Wanting my bench, squat and deadlift to go up a good bit. Are there any stronger creatines that could help? All I've heard or read about are the main brand stuff. And most main brand stuff ive tried fail to produce what they claim. But hey, which ones don't ha. If you could help that would be great. Thanks.

Con-cret, kre-alkalyn1500, myozene, decacor, plain mono, and usually all of my pre-workouts ive tried contain creapure. I was thinking about taking myozene again but wasn't 100% sure.

Eat more? Creatine alone won't make you super strong. Eat more food, build more muscle, lift more weight! (I'm not missing anything here am I?)

Lol if I had a dime for everytime people said eat more or eat right. Il probably take in like 3000 clories a day. I don't think eating more is needed.

There's probably a reason people say it. (cuz it works) I eat 3100 a day (i track it so try to call me out) for a lean bulk and I'm pretty d*mn small. I have actually been doing more maintenance than building and may have to up it more depending on my recovery/gains. 3000 calories is not that much when you wanna do what we do here.

Jim isn't far off buddy... On workout days you gotta eat to lift no joke. Before starting Anabeta elite and erase pro I have never hit a plateau I couldn't break through with negatives, eating the right foods pwo, and switching routines. Supplements can definitely aid with breaking through a plateau but check your diet first.

How are you using your creatine ??? IMO the best time to take it is with your post workout shake . 2 scoops whey / 5 grams creatine mixed with 8 oz grape juice = win.

I know it works lol I just said i eat like 3000 calories a day. But everybody hits a plateau and a certain point in their workouts/regime at certain points. And if you don't you most likely take pro hormones or stronger. All I wanted to know was a stronger Creatine!! This isn't my first rodeo ladies and gentlemen. And thank you Dvaldez5 for an honest answer.

Like I said. (atleast with my experience) 3000 kcal isn't that much. And I also know that a lot of people dont eat as much as they think they do. Try tracking your foods and then add more calories, you'll be more capable of busting through this plateau, and those yet to come, if you do it with food as opposed to relying on the newest supplement!

Creatine nitrate by APS. This is the only creatine I've ever felt physically stronger on.

After a week or so you are saturated and it doesn't really matter.

3000kcals per day is really not that much. Everything starts and ends with diet.

If you plateaued try following the 5/3/1 program. Considering you are mainly concerned with increasing your big lifts numbers, this program might be a great fit for you

Lol I figure if enough people say the same thing he might go "you know what? Jim was right, creatine alone won't give me steroid like gains!" Too much to hope for?
