Im a new to phs so im looking for advice on a good first cycle to run that will give me outstanding results.. Im 6'3 210 12.6 bf and i want to bulk up to about 250-265 solid by the end of the year. so what ph is suggested with wat pct been doing research all week wont be ready to actually start until april. all advice is appreciated.

this will go better if you state what you want to run, then let people critique your plan. so come up with a compound. id recommend a solo compound. there are a bunch to choose from. check out tunedsports.com they will give you a lot of good info. once you know the compound or compounds then you can decide on pct set up. good luck

You might want to rethink your goals. I don't know what you mean by saying "solid" but I really don't see anyone putting on 40-55lbs lbm in less than 10 months, no matter what you're using.

Epi is a great starting point to anyone.

Unless you're Boston Loyd.

Tell that to big ramy lol.

OP, you should have more realistic goals. 10-20 lb a year lbm is more realistic.

If he was blasting/cruising that would realistic. I would say 5-10 is more realistic for people PCTing.

In a year? You can run 3 cycles in a year, I imagine you'd be able to keep 15-20 lb from that if you structured them well.

So many variables involved make this impossible to really debate.

But one can make gains with pH/AAS we can all agree on that :sly:
