It's good I used it for a year or twoup until oxy elite protein came out. I considered getting it but I really wanna try PES select. 19$ for 60 servings is a STEALLLL I used to pay 30-35 for 30 servings!

I usually stock up PreWOs don't like much the ones on sale. Disappointed Ranorok is not on sale :( have been buying it for a couple of years now. Which would you guys recommend from the ones on sale? Thinking about Evolve or Bullnox Androrush. Or maybe adding some Creatine, CM and Beta Alanine to Diablo or some otherenergy only powder.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Add creatine and L cit to condense (has beta al in it) I love that pre and it's great to use as your E source for EC stack

You know, I tried Ragnarok about 5-7 years ago. Boy time flies. Anyway there was something real good about it - I mean really good. It was my first sort of pre workout that I tried and because they had a caffeine free version I was able to work out at night fine.

I don't know exactly what part of the formula was awesome for me. I stopped training regularly and sorta stopped sports supps for a while. Anyway that was the only Ragnarok I ever purchased. It's pity I let my training slide and never repurchased. Also a pity I can't buy it anymore. Another pity is I don't know exactly what was in it that I loved... haven't been following AM.com for a quite a while, but if anyone can recall any identification of the goodness of it I would like to know.

Anyway that's my Ragnarok story :) haha

Oh you are right about those! I am sure there is another comparable protein out there, with a reasonable price.

With the diet accelerator I am not too sure about the efficacy of the Sclareolide, can't find any studies on it. But if you want the other 2 ingredients you can buy them under the nutraplanet label and make your own home brew which will turn out cheaper than the diet accelerator pills.

but, that diet accelerator is a multi-pack of a bunch of stuff. It's more than three ingredients. you gotta scroll down. but yeah, probably just throwing money away at it anyway

Wow I've never seen a supplement like this where there are like 6 components in 6 diff pills!

Interesting way to do it, you have the placebo variable multiplied by a factor by doing that..

Yeh for 6 bucks, nice deal. Worth a go just for the novelty itself. Can afford to throw out the red, green and brown one, and eat the blue, pink, and orange one.

Or give the crappy colours to your relative and show them the box..."look diet accelerator MOM, eat these and watch your fat melt!"

Hey Dan. SuperCissus® is the one supplement that I won't go without. Otherwise my elbows are a mess and limit what I can do, both in and out of the gym. I don't have much cash to spend on the sale at the moment (really don't have any), but at that price will be grabbing a couple bottles.

If the sale runs through next week, I'd like to pick up the new EPro, OxyELITE Protein, PES Select, AP, Gut Health, Recompadrol, and Metabolic Powder.
