I wouldn't bother. The doses of the useful ingredients will definitely be low given the size of the blend and the order of the ingredients.

They have plenty of ads and posters. They don't have to be in magazines to advertise.

Pump is non-existant for the most part. Energy is pretty good.

But I have to say, the flavoring is quite good.

As far as weight gainers go I have always been a fan of real gains.
