All bulk supps;

Dailyish;
CEE - 1 teaspoon level daily
multi - every other day
fish/flax - daily
glucosamine & MSM - every other day

Preworkout;
CEE, Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, AAKG, Arginine - half a teaspoon of each

Postworkout
Protein shake with water

Please let me know how i'm doing any input appreciated =)

What is your goal? Strength? Dry out? Recomp? Sleep better? Softer stool? etc.....We need to know what you're trying to achieve before we can give you real advice.

For starters, get that multi ED. I'm assuming you're taking CEE 2x ED. What's in your PWO shake? Why w/water? Milk? What kind of shake is it?
