I had a plugin for chrome monitoring it for me :D luckily i got a bottle.

I took one on non-workout days... helped prolong the bottle!! I dont know if that is recommended though
 
It should be taken every day, timing is less important in non-workout days I split mine with breakfast/lunch on off days.

JW only got one pack. So....he didnt get more. Might have spaced things out. I dont know.

89 units shipped express overnight to NP at 4pm.
I should be able to send them more but.....As you guys saw they went fast so......get em while they are hot.
Its gonna be about a month+ before reinforcements arrive.

After NP Ill be shipping to other retailers as well as the UK.
 
It does increase new vein growth and lowers LDL so these can help.
More bloodflow and less cloggage.
