New PES High Volume

It's tried my first PES sample of the new High Volume. I think was some type of tropical fruit flavor.

Taste: It was delicious, pleasant taste

Mixability: no problems. Put it in about 10oz of water and shook the sh!t out of it and let it set for a few minutes then smashed

Pumps: pretty awesome. I trained quads today and they became painful about half way threw my workout. Had to add in some stretches to try and break up the facia. Legs were up about 1.25" and I only trained quads so that's pretty cool

Vascularity: pretty solid. Not earth shattering by def solid. I was training legs and my legs are naturally vascular even in the off season so not the best indicator.

Focus/energy: didn't notice much if anything but not sure if I'm really supposed to

I have another sample to try and will on Saturday

Just ordered two. Am workouts, so I will see if this alone can help wake me up besides crank up the pump. Otherwise will combine with White Flood or Ritual I have left.

Assuming stacking HV with either of these two would be ok and not 'too much' of any one thing at a sitting?

Maybe go 1 scoop of each first to see? We obviously recommend Alphamine or Norcodrene with High Volume, as they compliment it perfectly for a Thermo-Pump stack

can't wait to try a alphamine/ high volume combo!

(Especially playing around with flavor combinations )
