Agreed. I like the nutritional facts at the top of the page next to the product picture, rather than scrolling down past the write-up and reviews. I like having a link to the other products by the same manufacturer as well.

I wasn't mentioning anything about the opinions you expressed. Just mentioned it was in bad form to mention the other retail sites in this forum.

I'm all for constructive feedback. It sucks ass, is not constructive feedback. Would be nice to see specific things people don't like. Saying you don't like the layout, what does that mean? Give an example on another site that you really do like. We need reference points. We run into this problem with doing flavoring. Hand someone a sample and ask for feedback. They say: "I don't like it". That's not feedback lol.

The loading time on mobile makes it very difficult to use. Seems to show up zoomed in. It would be better if the items where loaded in smaller with more items per page, instead of them being so large. Makes it easier to navigate through.
 
^yeah im also having a difficult time with the mobile site. I pretty much quit using it after about 3 attempts now. Dont get me wrong, i love Nutra and it will still be my go to. I just hope they work out the kinks in the new site soon.
 
Sounds like Stryder is still in charge and now Mike McCandless (used to run 1fast400/bulk nutrition) is involved too - they know what they are doing, no doubt in my mind they'll do things right.

I used to order a lot of stuff from 1fast400 so I have high hopes here.

No worries brother, I am not the forum police but I have seen others get reprimanded for similar things in the supplement company specific forums if the owners of the forum see it and report it. Sometimes very innocent statements can be taken wrong or you overstep a line you didn't even know was there. More or less trying to avoid anyone doing that here. If I sounded like I was reprimanding you that was far from the intent. :)

All getting a bit too serious now. BUT, this does show how much respect and appreciation there is for NP among this community. People get passionate about that which they hold dear and I for one have always had fantastic customer service from NP. When you live half way around the world, this is a godsend, not all US companies are so upfront and eager to help.
For that reason I am reserving my right to vote until NP have had time to iron out the bugs :wink1:

lmao for sure man haha specifics people!! I mentioned mine, pct/ai categories missing, lots of brands and products missing.. site is kind of jerky on mobile for sure and a little weird on pc as well.
 
this is nit-picking, but I like having the supplement facts as they appear on the supplement itself- in the box, linear, easy to read. Not necessarily a screenshot because I think that looks cheesy. But bb(dot)com and muscle(and)strength do a good job of this (and allows for the nutritional information to change when you change the flavor, size, etc).

Great point man! I forgot about that, I HATE not being able to see the supplement profiles on them, I gotta be able to see the dosing directions/serving size/ingredients/doses etc.. I loved NP for the way they had it setup before right there on top right in my browser.

One of the items I was searching for was giving me trouble on the new site. If I search vitamin d3 I get a bunch of unrelated items and if I just search d3 I get no results. Tried it for a few of my other items and it worked fine, something about that item wasn't working.

Yeah, I saw they have it - was just trying to tell Mike/Sam it wasn't showing up in the search. I will usually search for an item/ingredient and sort all the results by price, was just giving them feedback.

That's a nice deal BTW, thanks for the link.
 
Sale is "up"... Prices are the same as they were before the "sale"
 
Well I guess that's why I was questioning. Didn't seem quite as epic as hinted.
 
Blows my mind how product reps will bash companies that carry their line.

Not bashing, just stating the facts. Sorry, but there was some serious hype leading up to this so we had all gotten our expectations up. Maybe we were unrealistic but I think, based on what had been stated here and on fb by the np reps, that more was expected.
 
What did you expect? We've processed more orders in the past 3 hours than NP has done in the past 2 weeks. Can't make everyone happy. Trying to throw things together in 10 days, we did what we could. Once this is over we'll circle back and try to get something together for back to school.

It's still in bad taste for a product rep to bash a site that carries their line. You have a problem with the sale, contact us. Falling back to "just stating the facts" can be a slippery slope. It would be like me bashing SNS in this thread and using that line, just stating the facts. How would that go over?

Hell yea 75g of Citrulline Malate $4.50 that's a good deal, at the vitamin store by me they want $20 for like 4g lol

I completely understand, it's still just one customer's opinion. Not every opinion of mine has to be an SNS motivated one. I'll always be a customer first and foremost.

I won't say any more about it though as we clearly understand each other but will have to agree to disagree. Sorry to have caused a ruckus.
