I've been ghosting this site for some time now and I figured it's time I say hello. I'm in the Army reserves and as some of you know, it's easy to lose that 'just out of basic look'. I'm 5'7'' and I was 149lbs when I got out. I was 190lbs 2 months ago and I am now 174lbs at 17%BF. Finally decided to drop some extra pounds and cut a little. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and let you know alittle about me.

Nice place to land! welcome to the board! You will find a wealth of knowledge as well as some good conversations and debates. We take health, nutrition, and truth seriously around here, but we try not to take ourselves all too seriously! ;) You'll see what it all means, so welcome....
