New here & in need of some advice...

Ive been reading through a lot of posts in this site and I finally decided to become a member here of this community. : )


Ive got a few questions about what type of pre-workout supplement I should be taking. As of right now i'm just taking whey protein. I'm 5"11 181lbs, I use to be at 240lbs like 2yrs ago, I was overweight. So I lost all this weight and I would like to tone up because of my weight loss especially in my core area and arms.

I've been looking through some pre workout supplements and kinda stuck between Shock Therapy & Jack3d. I would like to know which one would be better for me. I am also wondering if I have to take Storm with Shock Therapy or can I just take ST by itself, if I decide for ST? Thanks
 
yep definitely look into some maniac cant go wrong with that preworkout
 
how much Jack3d should you guys recommend i take, it says 1-3 scoops? Note: this is the very first time I ever take any kind of Pre workout supplement and I dont drink coffee or any energy drinks.
 
I just want to throw in a quick thank you for not suggesting some lethal stack of steroids as your first shot.
