You dont post in supplement sections often do you?
People will throw their arms up if they feel a crash, feel sick, get gassy, have a bad workout etc when it comes to supplements. EVERYONE is always quick to pull the trigger on a problem and blame it on a supplement when in reality that is commonly not the problem.
I had a bad workout and started taking this fat burner, why is that
I feel my heart is going to explode and i took X Product why is this
I crashed after my workout taking Y product i blame this supplement
i felt tired during my workout im going to blame this supplement.
I dont recover fast and i started taking BCAA's so why am i not recovering
I have horrible DOMS and i am taking glutamine and its not working
too many variables and many people make assumptions on things well before they know the "True Problem"
Could be diet, water, sleep etc
