Im telling you....when I started looking into this stuff I kept finding new studies and like losing my mind. There was millions of dollars spent researching this stuff so we know alot about it. But its ability to help you gain muscle and lost fat is unparalleled in natural product terms.
We have a group at my local METRX all competing in a physique contest. I gave half of them this stuff and they are dominating the other half.
Every day weigh ins with bodyfat testing....the shift about a week after starting the EC was insane.

Aside from the wicked pumps I think it will be highly beneficial. As we know epicatechin is great for endurance and both Ecklonia and FLos share many of epis properties. Plus of course we have the Quercetin/niacin cocrystals which just these alone are sick for endurance training. Increased VO2Max, vasodilation, no flushing....

Yes..for sure yes.
