Hey guys. First time poster long time member. Thought I’d log my new cycle as I push the scale to the big 265lbs. I’ve been a competitive power lifter for years and well as have done well in some local shows back in the day. Going a bit different with this cycle. Going to be utilizing injectable sarms. Have had experience with inject YK11 before and LGD4033. But never with the others so this should be fun!
8 week cycle
200mg test cyp/wk
150mg trestolone acetate/wk
20mg rad140/Ed
20mg s23/Ed
30mg yk11
2iu gh
(50mg TNE on squat and bench day)
*.25adex ED
Starting weight 242lbs on an empty stomach.
Diet is currently around 5000cals high protein with a moderate carb intake and a great amount of fats. Not tracking down to the nitty gritty but I always make sure to at least get in 300g of protein a day and besides twice a week for chinese food my diet is simple with eggs bacon toast in the morning every day with shrimp steak chicken and rice the rest of my meals with a shake of whey and HBCD post workout. I’m not a big guy for variety unfortunately. As for greens I get most through supplemental intake.
Supplements I’m taking are as follows
400mg injectable carnitine pre workout
10mg cialis a day
Creatine mono
A multi and greens powder which I take twice the amount recommended.
Fish oil
Carditone
Along with whatever non stim pre I choose.
