Hey guys. First time poster long time member. Thought I’d log my new cycle as I push the scale to the big 265lbs. I’ve been a competitive power lifter for years and well as have done well in some local shows back in the day. Going a bit different with this cycle. Going to be utilizing injectable sarms. Have had experience with inject YK11 before and LGD4033. But never with the others so this should be fun!

8 week cycle
200mg test cyp/wk
150mg trestolone acetate/wk
20mg rad140/Ed
20mg s23/Ed
30mg yk11
2iu gh
(50mg TNE on squat and bench day)
*.25adex ED
Starting weight 242lbs on an empty stomach.

Diet is currently around 5000cals high protein with a moderate carb intake and a great amount of fats. Not tracking down to the nitty gritty but I always make sure to at least get in 300g of protein a day and besides twice a week for chinese food my diet is simple with eggs bacon toast in the morning every day with shrimp steak chicken and rice the rest of my meals with a shake of whey and HBCD post workout. I’m not a big guy for variety unfortunately. As for greens I get most through supplemental intake.

Supplements I’m taking are as follows

400mg injectable carnitine pre workout
10mg cialis a day
Creatine mono
A multi and greens powder which I take twice the amount recommended.
Fish oil
Carditone
Along with whatever non stim pre I choose.

Note I have been over 275lbs before but after a major leg surgery removing 1/4th of my quad due to necrotic tissue. the last two years has been focusing on gaining my size back. It’s time to pop off on a nice cycle.

are you peaking for a comp/trying to push numbers on lifts specifically or just focused on pure size? What’s the training style?

whereabouts are your lifts out just out of interest?

Thanks for the follow man! I’m purely attempting to gain my size back after two years of recovery after major infection and surgery on my leg. Before my surgery I was 275lbs and my numbers were 558 bench 655 squat (I know shitty) and 795 deadlift. Now I’m no where near that as I am missing part of my quad. But I’m around a 485 bench and 500 (sloppy) dead. Not squatting anything over a barbell still as I am slowly slowly bringing that back. Not that I couldn’t squat now. I do train legs but very focused on isolation and deadlifting also is a huge toll on them. Took over a year to walk again. I follow a pretty basic program. But as of now I’m doing smolov jr bench program hybrid with a normal “bro” split. For instance I may do the bench program one day and then still continue into hypertrophy work.

😄 Super shitty, lol.. It's all relative I know, but still.

I did the same kind of thing with the Smolov jr for bench a few months ago and it went well. I incorporated it to push/pull -split and only benched 3 x week. I did the 6 x 6 and 10 x 3 every week, but did the 7 x 5 / 8 x 4 on alternating weeks. Didn't do any additional work for chest though or any presses for shoulders and my rotator cuffs and ac-joints were at their limit in terms of mechanical stress they could handle. I see you're very experienced and strong, but still maybe something to keep an eye on.

jesus, didn’t appreciate from your other post how bad your leg was bro. Congrats on the recovery and come back. Your shitty squat from before still about 185lbs higher than my best squat 🙈 (even my deadlift which I have better proportions for is only 561 and I’m 462lbs 😂)

tbh I think that’s a nice cycle for your goals. No need to make life uncomfortable with anadrol or superdrol if not chasing the big numbers. Plus trest is a crazy good strength compound in its own right and keeping it all injectable you’ll avoid a lot of the shitty sides from orals.

I assume you on trt or cruise and blast? If not I’d switch the cyp to prop but aside from that it looks fun man. Personally I’m not a fan of sarms but there a big ole unit @Leakydelts who gets great results and I know he’s a fan of yk.

Thank you man it’s been a journey. And Yessir trt prescription full running! And agreed back when I was “in the glory days” of my powerlifting career I was an EXTREMIST. My last meet cycle I Ran 150-200mg anadrol a day with a gram of tren and my own homebrewed injectable TNE+superdrol. No idea how I’m alive. So now I’m very much trying to keep anything toxic to a minimum and not go so crazy with dosing. I don’t need it! I absolutely love sarms but definitely see why some are not a fan.

I’ve read most of @Leakydelts posts and throughly enjoyed the recomp SARM cycle he did up until covid hit. He’s a smart guy and a big guy!!

Thank you man it’s been a journey. And Yessir trt prescription full running! And agreed back when I was “in the glory days” of my powerlifting career I was an EXTREMIST. My last meet cycle I Ran 150-200mg anadrol a day with a gram of tren and my own homebrewed injectable TNE+superdrol. No idea how I’m alive. So now I’m very much trying to keep anything toxic to a minimum and not go so crazy with dosing. I don’t need it! I absolutely love sarms but definitely see why some are not a fan.

haha, well you’ve just made me feel better about doing 100mg adrol for 18 weeks (added 40mg sdrol at the end and would have probably preferred death for a short while), that was only with test and deca 😂 I’m definitely thinking I’m only a moderate guy now haha.

with sarms I just don’t like they’ve not been around long and we don’t have the same amount of clinical (or anecdotal) data we do on aas. No reason other than that though.

How you like gorilla mode, also with cailis there's really no point in taking it pre workout. As long as your taking it daily it's a steady level theres not a boost from taking it pre. Viagra would be something you could low dose pre for a immediate effect but it's not necessary lol

Absolutely love gorilla mode! All in one product if you are into preworkout like that! I don’t use pre workout all the time and only use non stim. But out of everything I’ve tried gorilla mode for the win! And yes I’m very aware with the cialis halflife and effectiveness! I personally just take it with my preworkout so I don’t forget to take it! I mostly take Cialis for the anti inflammatory, blood pressure and cognitive effects. Also helps with the little guy (; I’ve tried viagra both pre workout and pre sex but do NOT react well to it period even at low doses.

I might give gorilla mode a try. I don't get a lot out of stimulants in general so I stopped taking them a long while ago. maybe this no stim one might be better suited for me

I might give gorilla mode a try. I don't get a lot out of stimulants in general so I stopped taking them a long while ago. maybe this no stim one might be better suited for me
Honestly it’s pretty stacked as far as ingredients are concerned. And for the price it’s hard to beat. I wish it had some awesome neutropic additions but besides that it’s great!

S23 I really don’t enjoy (makes me aggressive like clockwork), but it’s a decent preWO (short half-life and it makes me aggressive like clockwork). I get acne and increased shedding at 50mg orally, but 30mg isn’t so bad. 15mg is even enough to notice as a preWO for me.

Rad I really do enjoy. Nice little bump in strength. Also makes me a little testy, but in a more controllable way. I expect you will like it. Good for controlling gyno & prostate swelling too.

Yessir once a day around pre workout! I can honestly say even day one I am feeling the aggression! But being a rather chill guy I have it under control. I’ve ran a gram of tren with halo and was able to control myself so I hope I’m good! And I’m excited for the rad/s23 combo! I absolutely love yk11 and will use that in many cycles to come and I hope the other two prove the same!

I’ve never heard of rad helping with gyno or estrogenic sides! I definitely know about the prostate support though!

What brands of injectable YK have you used?

That’s interesting, and something I’ve never considered doing after a blast that’s a little harder (meaning specific drugs) on joints. Out of curiosity, what’s your dosing protocol in these situations?

I’m pretty aggressive with the dosing. I train heavy and after years of powerlifting I don’t want to risk any injury so I dose anywhere from 500-800mcg of both every day pre bed.

What dose? I plan on doing an anavar and injectable YK11 cycle later this year.
Are you running a test base with those two? Yk11 needs estrogen running thru the body to work well! But honestly besides this cycle I have NEVER needed more than 3-9mg. At that dose you will be blown away. I love var with yk fullness and pump is insane and the leaning out effect combos nicely between them

I plan on running HCG throughout the cycle.

I strongly strongly suggest running a testosterone base over hcg. I’ve noticed a heightened e2 level is needed for optimal results with this compound. Even 100-150mg test a week is fine! If you don’t want to inject the test there is always 4 Andro at a higher dose as well!

I strongly strongly suggest running a testosterone base over hcg. I’ve noticed a heightened e2 level is needed for optimal results with this compound. Even 100-150mg test a week is fine! If you don’t want to inject the test there is always 4 Andro at a higher dose as well!
Believe me, HCG 250iu 3x a week is enough to get more higher than my normal baseline e2 levels. Nipples get puffy and very sensitive. I can have other test bases on hand though, but my experience with HCG, I get a lot of estrogen.

Also have no problem injecting (desiring injectable YK11), I just am trying to take the least suppressive route, with the quickest recovery in PCT.

Believe me, HCG 250iu 3x a week is enough to get more higher than my normal baseline e2 levels. Nipples get puffy and very sensitive. I can have other test bases on hand though, but my experience with HCG, I get a lot of estrogen.

Also have no problem injecting (desiring injectable YK11), I just am trying to take the least suppressive route, with the quickest recovery in PCT.

That sounds like a great cycle man I really think you’ll enjoy the yk!!! And the synergy between yk and var is amazing

I really stress starting low dose on it! Even at 3mg a day you will notice a TON.
Okay, that will save me some money, was recommended 20mg pre workout.

20mg in my opinion is way too much for first time use. Max I would do is 10mg for first few cycles with it injectable
Thanks. Goal with it is to increase follistatin when I start to plateau on anavar. or would you recommend run it throughout the whole cycle with the anavar?

Yes I would! The synergy between the two is amazing! The fullness is insane and the “tren” look you get from yk will only be complemented by the var! How long is your cycle? I would say 6-8 wks max on yk11 before a break! Playing with follistatin has a lot of unknowns to it so playing it safe is always a good idea!

Have 9 weeks of Anavar, at 30mg on the way. So I'll run 8 weeks YK, and run throughout.

Day two guys. I am LOVING this stuff how fast it’s hit. Stamina is up that is 100%. I feel like I got extra in the tank. FULLNESS after hydrating was off the charts. Aggression still on the rise but fortunately I am more than able to control it. I will say there is a noticeable dehydration effect similar to yk11 runs I have had before so water intake has been adjusted. That said Had a GREAT bench and OHP day.

Pre workout
400mg carnitine
10mg cialis
30g of extra hbcd + electrolytes
A small red Bull



6x6 smolov with warm ups.

Followed by

OHP 3x10
2x6
3x3

Side laterals
4x25
2x12
2x12
1x10
Then drop set back down with an AMRAP at the end.

Reverse pec deck
3x15-25

Face pulls
3x10
2x10

Finished with some cardio, stretching and a shake then now sitting in the hot tub with a joint and my post workout meal. Solid day.

Probably should mention, S23 makes me crampy. Like more than any oral I’ve ever used, which is a long list. Sounds like you have the extra hydration on point, but it’s very necessary with it. Especially a little extra magnesium.

I don’t think a small dose of Test would add more to the suppression than what you already are taking, my test level was 14 in my 7th week of Var, just something to think about. Adding test would only add to better results.
