Natural bodybuilder here. Anyone from the Nor cal/sacramento area?

Yes I am natural...only use natural supplements such as whey, creatine, amino acids, etc. No hormones, anabolics, etc
 
I think we need to get a few more of us on this forum!

Are you familiar with the 3DMusclejourney guys? They are all located pretty close to you, I think. Great bunch of guys....awesome prep consultants.
 
I agree! Haha no way, I'm friends with them...they're on my heroes list on my profile. Jeff alberts is gonna be my posing coach for next year's shows

Jeff is a posing mastermind. He majorly changed my front and rear symmetry poses. Big help. Good luck with the pro-card. What show are you doing?
 
Yeah he is real good...classic posing style. I'm lookin at a couple NANBF shows an Nga show and a couple INBA shows. Not sure exactly yet. First should be around June
