Both sessions today were awesome. I felt way stronger today than I did last week and i added another 3 sets on to every lift. The weights actually felt pretty dang easy up until the last sets of bench press. Deadlifts felt much much easier today. I hope I can keep this up all week. Looking forward to more days like this. Tomorrow will be the exact same workout. Looking forward to seeing how it goes.

AS-GT: still appearing to be getting more vascular. Libido is still up, volume is up? Pumps are there in the gym and for some reason its like energy is getting better everyday. I'm loving this stuff.

Today was another awesome session. I felt super strong on every movement today. Squats were especially easy. I'm not supposed to increase weight until after next week... but i almost feel like i should increase it now. I got good energy again today from the AS-GT. Also my chest and anterior delts are FRIED. Its pretty awesome feeling.
 
Day 20

I've been extremely tired today, I just didn't feel like working out. Finals are coming up and tons of crap has been due for all my classes. Of course i decided to procrastinate till the last week to get it all done.
 
Its a great feeling when your ready to increase weight before its that time!

LifterGym: I think I spoke too soon. My upper back was so sore today that I literally could not work out. Everything I did was extremely painful. The pain did not feel muscular, but rather spinal column related. I'm fairly certain that it is just due to the increased volume that I have put my upper back through recently. The spine just hasn't been ready for it.
I'll be back at it hard and heavy starting tomorrow. I'm sure i'll make up the workouts by the end of the week.

For some reason the effects of the AS-GT were extra strong today. I had a really good pump in my quads and nice energy all the way through my workout that continued on for another hour afterwards. Definitely love this stuff.
 
Sorry that I haven't been posting on here much lately. I've been sick, the gym has been closed, and i've been busy with finals. Not a great combination for trying to get in workouts. Hopefully, the log will continue soon.
 
I decided to head to the gym today even though I still have a little bit of a cold. At least the body aches were gone and I had to get some time away from the text books. Needless to say, I'm glad I did. I probably had the best workout of my life tonight. It was great. Everything felt super easy. I nailed every set and kept rest time very short compared to normal.

Every rep of every set felt incredibly strong. AS-GT got me way more amped than usual. I was struggling to put together sentences when talking to people because I was too amped. It was awesome. I'm still amped about my workout. This is the best I've ever felt about a workout.
 
Went in and did the same workout. I'm still feeling a little under the weather, but much better than 2 days ago. Today was a really solid session, but nothing like yesterday. Although I got a better pump today. I was looking pretty swole by the end of my workout.

I had been taking Erase the whole time while doing this log. It ran out about 2 days ago and i've gained about 2 pounds since then. I don't look quite as lean, but the difference is only marginal. I'm looking forward to banging out some squats and deadlifts tomorrow. It should be fun. Energy was good today, but just not like yesterday.
 
I went in to the gym today, really feeling good. AS-GT was working great. I had some nice energy, good focus, and was ready to get after it. I did a few sets of squats and started feeling a little nauseus. Then lower back started aching. Then I started getting weaker as sets progressed. I finished squats and moved on to deadlifts and the nausea got worse, and so did the lower back ache. I guess i'm still not ready to get after it full force just yet. I'm still a little sick, but getting better. maybe tomorrow will be better...

Jelin: I'm glad you're enjoying the log. I try to give enough detail to let everyone form their own opinion on the supplement. I also put enough info in the log to help me monitor whether i'm overtraining or not. I like to push my body to the edge of overtraining without going over.

LG: I'm definitely feeling better today. I feel like I'm at least 95%. I went took my AS-GT and headed to the gym ready to tear up some lats and biceps. I got there and for some reason they were CLOSED! wtf! I was little upset. Because i'm fairly certain the gym where i'll be at for the next few weeks is only open on weekdays. I'm sure it will also be closed for a week straight around Christmas... my hometown makes me angry some times.

Oh, and a ton of really crappy machines. Luckily I use very very minimal equipment, but its still annoying having to fight for the benches or keep people from curling in MY squat rack...

Well, I got my first good workout in a while in today. It was a pretty sweet session. I took 1.5 scoops again today, and I got a really nice energy boost. I didn't get much of a pump, but its difficult to when you are doing low reps. I felt strong today on every lift. Hopefully this will keep up.

This^^ this is how you know AS is working to its fullest... Its really not a pump product, which, is where AP comes into play....
 
Awesome workout today. I started getting a pump duing my warm up sets, and it just got better throughout the workout. I had a pump in my lats, biceps, forearms, teres, and everything else associated with pulling. It was pretty sweet. I was also extremely vascular today. Not really sure why this all hit me today, but it definitely did, and i'm not going to complain a bit.

I've been eating the same calories that caused me to lose 1.5lbs per week. Now, I've gained about 5 lbs... Doesn't make sense, but i'm staying lean so i'm not going to complain about it. If i keep getting stronger this fast, i'm going to be in PRville for reps.

Yesterday all the gyms were still closed, so I found a big hill and did sprints. I did 12 sprints of 30 yards up a steep hill. The night before I did 1 hour of low intensity cardio. I still feel like I'm staying as lean or getting leaner and my weight is staying at about 196. Today, was my first day back in the gym. I made the best of it, but I didn't have enough time to get everything in that I wanted.

Today was a good workout. Squats felt really strong. Bench felt pretty good. I think it would have felt even better if I would have done incline in between military and flat. Military was probably the strongest its ever felt. Every rep was pretty explosive. Good session. Tomorrow will be back and biceps, I should get a nice pump tomorrow.
 
Today was a pretty awesome workout. Again, I didn't get in all the lifts I wanted to, but today it was due to people hogging the machines. I had a really nice pump throughout the entire workout. My numbers were also higher this week. Weight is up another pound as well.

Awesome session today. I had a nice pump in my lats and in my biceps throughout the entire session. I felt a little stronger today than my last lats and biceps session. Again, my body weight is still going up, but instead of looking fatter my muscles are just looking fuller. I'm also getting slightly more vascular, especially during workouts.
 
Today was an OK session. I was hoping for a little more. I decided to take 3 scoops today, since i'm almost at the end of my jug. I wanted to see what it felt like just once. To be honest, I didn't feel anymore than I did at 1.5 scoops. Which is good for me from a convenience stand point. Last night I did another 60 minute cardio session.

Acne is still present. My libido has been through the roof lately. I'm 21 so thats to be expected, but it has been higher than normal. Not complaining at all, but it would be nice to have an outlet... just saying..
 
Well gyms have been closed the last two days, and I won't be back to a gym till tuesday or possibly even wednesday. However, I can still do cardio until then. I'm almost to the very end of my jug. Probably 3 scoops left, if that. Sad Sad day...

Took a scoop of AS-GT and did 90 minutes of cardio. Cardio is getting much easier for me to do. I really think AS-GT is increasing my motivation during cardio.. Either that or i'm really getting fed up with not being in the single digit body fat range.

Nice pump in my upper back and rear delts. Chest, delts, and tris started getting a little pumped. Strength was amazing. Probably the best session i've had yet.
 
I'm down to 2 scoops left. If I can get into a gym tomorrow i'll use one then, and I'll use the last one thursday or friday. Ugh, I'm not ready to be out of this stuff yet. I really did like it. I've had get results with it and I honestly don't know if I would have been able to recover from my demanding workouts if I didnt have it.
 
I don't even want to post today's workout. I felt weak for some reason today. I feel like i may have been slightly under hydrated.. maybe that caused it. my stomach has been a little messed up all day which could have been an issue, and may have added to being under hydrated.

Legacyfighter, that's some pretty awesome sounding workouts you've posted in here. I may try you style starting next week.
 
blue: I'd start out using about 80% of your 1 rep max for your top set or about 85% of your 3 rep max. Be warned though, this routine is pretty demanding. Squatting and deadlifting 3 days a week can take a toll on you. If you do decide to start training like this, please do yourself a favor and eat a surplus of calories. You should get some really awesome size gains from it.
Week 1: work up to highest triple, then 1 wave
Week 2: work up to highest triple, then 2 waves
Week 3: work up to highest triple, then 3 waves
Week 4: add five lbs to upper body lifts, 10 lbs to lower body lifts. work up to highest triple, then 1 wave
Week 5: highest triple, then 2 waves
Week6: highest triple, then 3 waves
Week 7-8: bodybuilding style routine
Week 9: Start cycle over again.
 
I've been waiting to get my last workout in with AS-GT. HOPEFULLY, it will be tomorrow. The gym has been closed recently due to snow... last night I got REALLY sick, I had to be admitted into the hospital for a little while. They ran a ton of tests which were all negative. I had a 104 temp, uncontrollable shaking, tingling, BP was elevated, pulse was 3 times normal, coordination and balance was off. Flu, mono, strep, and a ton of other tests were negative so they gave me a CT scan.. Dr.s thought I may have had a brain hemorrhage since i had virtually every symptom of a stroke. CT scan came back negative as well. Temp dropped down to 100 and they released me... nobody knows waht the F*** was wrong with me, honestly that kind of freaks me out, but hopefully i'll be back to normal tomorrow and ready to get a lift in.

they took a urine sample, though they forgot to test it... they left it in my room, lol. they said they tested for a bacterial infection, and it came back negative..

Ok, today I took my last two scoops of AS-GT waited about 45 minutes and started lifting. The amount of awesome that followed was literally almost too much to handle. I decided to really give this stuff a chance to be a pump product, and I must say... It has MUCH better pump qualities than i originally thought.

The pump I had from this workout was absolutely ridiculous. My arms were easily up an inch, probably more. There was so much blood pumped into my upper body that my legs started tingling and getting a numb sensation. F'ing ridiculous. Without the AS-GT there is no way I would have been able to make myself do the round 2. I definitely had the energy there today after dosing. Nice tingles from the beta alanine, fantastic focus, and amazing pumps.. What more could a guy ask for from a pre workout?

I'll be doing my final review of the supplement tomorrow.. Please let me know what all aspects of this product you would like me to comment on.

FINAL REVIEW!!!

Focus: 8/10 I was definitely more focused while taking this stuff. It wasn't like adderall, but there was definitely a noticeable increase in focus, which allowed me to really get in and bust my A$$ in the gym.

Pumps: 8.5/10 I honestly didn't think it was anything special for pumps, that is until i finally did a workout with the intention of getting pumps. After a high rep upper body bonanza, i had such an intense pump that my legs started going numb...good stuff here.

Energy: 9/10 This one was a little difficult to notice at first, because its not the jittery type of energy like other stim products. It hit me when I realized that for some reason after dosing, I was jamming out like crazy in my car on the way to the gym. With this stuff i could go harder for longer in the gym, also helped with focus to a degree.

Long Term: 10/10 I gave it such a high score because this is the only pre workout that has shown long term effects for me. This stuff helped increase libido, i definitely got stronger while taking this, I seemed more excited to go workout than usual, I believe it may have helped me lean out, or at least gain strength while leaning out.

Taste: 6.5/10 At first i thought the taste was pretty rough. But once i started swirling instead of shaking it to mix it up the taste improved quite a bit. I also feel like the taste started growing on me throughout. I've definitely had worse tasting pre workouts, but i've had a few better tasting ones as well.

Value: 10/10 The price tag is so low on this stuff, honestly there is no reason anyone shouldn't try it.. Nothing at this price comes close to this product.

Overall: 9/10 Honestly, this is the best all around pre workout that i've ever used. NO other product that i've tried has had any noticeable long term effects. There may be a few products that give a better pump, or more energy, or more focus, but none of them have it all like this product. LG Sciences definitely put out a quality product.

LG33: No problem at all. It was definitely a good experience. I really liked the product, and I will definitely use again. Thats the first time I've ever said that about a pre workout.

MrbigPR: No, This was actually the only flavor i've tried. If you grab one and at first don't like the taste, try mixing it differently, either different ratios of water to powder, or try stirring or swirling as opposed to shaking it up. They will always be gritty, but its nothing unlike creatine monohydrate is.
